Bring (everyone) to me DOES NOT WORK

I have a starter paid plan.
Today my functionality of “Bring (everyone)to me” stopped working: buttons are active but no action happens on the push, the other members do not float to  my location, although I can follow them and they can follow me like in free plans?
Help with this issue please.

Hi @Yurii Yurivich,

Thanks for reaching out!

I just tested the "Bring everyone to me" feature on my end, and it's working as expected. Since you're on a Starter plan, you should have access to this functionality. A few things you could try:

  • Refresh the page or log out and log back in to see if that resolves it.

  • Ensure that the other participants haven't disabled following in their settings.

  • If the issue persists, try using a different browser or incognito mode to check if it's a cache issue.

Let me know if you notice any patterns (e.g., happens only in specific boards or with certain participants).

If none of these steps help, I'd recommend reaching out to Miro Support with details of your set up, browser, screenshots, etc for further investigation.

@Yurii Yurivich - I did a quick test on my end and Bring everyone to me was working for me (Windows 11, Chrome, bring users to be who were in Firefox).

Since you have a paid subscription, you can open a Miro support ticket by following these instructions:
