Change Sticky Notes Author

I have the challenge, that we often do brainstorming the classic way. I mean we use sticky notes on whiteboard and after the workshop I have to digitize them. The issue is now, that when I enter them into my Miro board, I am always mentioned as the “Author“. I don’t want to leverage the Tagging feature nor add an shorthand symbol a text onto the sticky note to get around this. Rather to have the possibility to either change on bulk the author and/or while copy/past the entries I could select the author. The author would be user (person) that is a member of the board.

Was it helpful?

HI @Laszlo Muzlai,

Thanks for sharing your use case! I can see how being able to assign different authors to sticky notes would be helpful, especially when digitizing brainstorming sessions.

At the moment, Miro doesn’t have a feature to change authors or set them while pasting.

Please share the specifics of your use case in the wishlist item so the team can better understand your needs. You can submit this idea here: Miro Wishlist.

Looking forward to your thoughts! Let me know if you need help with the submission.😊
