The space bar to move does not work.

I tried the application in Edge and Firefox, I also downloaded the app for Windows and when I want to press the space bar it selects the last tool I used. This is very uncomfortable and annoying because I can not use the app because I have a graphics tablet where I set the space on the pen to move on the board. 

I have read that another user had the same thing happen to him but I followed what they replied and there is no solution.

 

Has anyone else had the same thing happen to them and have a solution?

 

Edit: When I left the app to write this, I got a text that said reconnecting and it was solved, but I want to leave this message in case it serves as feedback to solve this bug.

Edit 2: I used the app again and it doesn't work

Thanks for reaching out! I understand how frustrating this issue can be, especially when using a graphics tablet.

Could you share the link to the thread where you saw another user experiencing the same issue? That would help us understand what has been tried so far.

In the meantime, please try the following steps:

  • Clear your cache and restart Miro (both in the browser and desktop app).
  • Test if the issue persists in an incognito/private window or after disabling browser extensions.

If the issue continues after trying these steps, I’ll go ahead and convert your post into a support ticket so the team can investigate further. Let me know how it goes!
