How do I move an Education plan from one institution to another?

Hi, I have an Education plan, but have moved from one university to a different one. I am not able to change my email address registered to the plan, which is my previous university’s email (that I no longer have access to). When I try to change my email address in the Miro Profile settings I get the “You cannot change your email to or from a domain belonging to an organization” error like the Enterprise plans do, but unlike the Enterprise plans I can’t reach out to Support.

I guess I could download all the boards, apply for a new Education plan with my new institutional affiliation, and then re-upload them all to the new account and sort out loads of permissions again, but is there an easier way? Has anyone else done this?

Thanks!

Dan

@Dan Lockton - Uess there has been any changes in the way the Enterprise Plan works, you should be able to do the following:

1. Create a Miro account using your new university's email address.

2. Sign in as your old address and add your new address as a team member.

3. While still signed in as your old address, Leave the team (from the team Profile page) - at this point, you'll be prompted to select a new team admin (choslisr your new email address).

That should do it!
