I have designed a board with several frames (some of which include sticky pads) to be used for a workshop that will include client personnel outside my organization. The process is very specific. I need to be able to invite them to the board, land on a specific frame and guide their navigation from frame to frame through the process so that they do not need to become a Miro expert in order to contribute their ideas anonymously. I want to summarize ideas and feed them back in a second session and allow them to vote anonymously on the concepts that come out of the first session. I do not want to allow these users to edit the board itself -- simply contribute ideas via sticky notes.. We have tried several approaches to sharing the board (different levels of permission, copying links, etc.) and nothing seems to allow this level of interaction. It appears they can either view or edit. Is there some way to configure Miro to allow for this to happen? It looked like it would work but we have devoted several hours to testing and help files and it doesn't seem to work this way. Any help anyone can provide?
