Sticky notes disappear when zooming in

Hi everyone, since today the sticky notes on my mind map disappear when I zoom in. At 4% all are visible, as soon as I zoom in closer some disappear and at 12% magnification all are gone. As the color of the sticky notes contains important information for my work and the order of the individual posts is no longer given without sticky notes, it is very important for me to restore the original state = sticky notes are always visible.

I just found out that I can add sticky notes, but they aren't colored. I'm a bit confused.

Thanks for your help!

Update 2025-01-30: They are visible again in all perspectives, so that's it, thanks!

Hi @SaraD,

Thanks for reaching out!

Since the issue has resolved itself, you might not need further troubleshooting, but if it happens again, try:

  1. Refreshing the board – Sometimes display glitches clear up with a simple refresh.
  2. Checking browser/hardware acceleration settings – If you're using a browser, disabling/enabling hardware acceleration may help.
  3. Clearing cache – A buildup of cached data can sometimes cause display issues.
  4. Testing on another device or browser – If the issue is specific to one environment, this could help pinpoint the cause.

Glad it's working now! Let us know if it happens again. 😊
