Roadmap Timeline data dissapeared because of migration


Spent weeks on working on my roadmap only to open it today to find no data and this disclaimer instead

 

 

I wonder if someone has the same problem with their boards and actually got their data restored after migration?

I’ve put a lot of work on that and need to recover it.
Can anyone explain what’s going on please?

I have the same issue! All the team roadmaps are in timeline in my org, not we lost all of them. I raised a support ticket, hopefully they can get it back.

Hi everyone, 

Apologies for this disruption. The Timeline widgets are being upgraded/migrated to a new Timeline widget with improved features and functionalities. That “Nov 10” date is a typo; it was originally slated for last month. It is happening now, Dec 10 through Dec 11. 

You may have some disruption but you should not have any data loss. Users are reporting that their timelines are updating and returning.

We are literally in the middle of planning our quarter this week and we can’t see our timelines! When will this be fixed for everyone!

Yesterday I postponed some meetings because we did not have the Roadmap available, but I can’t do it today again… 
Please keep us updated.

The Timeline widgets were updated and migrated, which caused some disruption. That should all be over now, and you should not have any data loss. Users are reporting that their timelines are updating and returning.

When restarting, we suggest deleting cookies and updating browsers first.

I’ve contacted support today via your recover form as I am facing the same issue as the other people above.  Hoping I get a speedy resolution to the issue as the timeline holds important data for my role.

Hi all, I have a similar problem, spent a load of time putting some plans together for an inclusive plan with a vendor and now have a continuous loading note
