can you help me please how I can filter or show all boards where I am co-owner?
I don’t find this filter in Miro. Is it possible? Or it can be done only by admins?

I cannot find any way to do this in in the Miro front end.

Use the Miro REST API
While much a much more technical solution, you could use the Miro REST API get endpoint to find all boards in a team space of which you are the cowner role in, e.g.:
