All my images are gone!


Hi everyone,

 

Hope you’re all well.  I really hope someone will be able to help me.

 

I’ve logged on to my account and all of my images are gone.  All of my layouts and images are not there.

 

Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to get them back?  Has been over 7 months of work with mentors so really hoping it hasn’t just disappeared!

The issue with loading boards from dashboards and disappearing images has been resolved successfully. Some users may still experience latency, but this is expected to return to normal soon. Our team will continue to monitor the systems closely to ensure stability.

Just to clarify, I don’t need to restore my board.  It is still there but has none of the images there anymore.

Hi! I have the same issue. All the images ever uploaded on my boards have disappeared and I also can’t seem to upload any new ones. It’s a big issue for me, I have a meeting in an hour and I needed the images.

I just ran into the same problem!

On one of my charts which has a lot of images, all uploaded images now look like this:

Same behavior in incognito mode, and on one other computer, and when I attempt to upload a new image. On one of my other charts which has fewer images, however, the images are working.

Seems all uploaded images are gone across all boards. My profile picture is even gone. Tried logging in online too. And using different browsers. Same there. 


same here. hopefully they can/will fix that!


Same here, and I have a presentation for executives that I need to complete 😱


 


SAME! We are in the middle of building a new system and ALL of my mockups are gone!
