How to view only specific shapes in a diagram/create different views

Hi there-

I am working off of a diagram where owners of steps of the process are differentiated by shape- is there a way to create different views by shape? I tried grouping shapes but it keeps grouping all the different shapes together.

Was it helpful?

@Allie Pinel -

I can’t think of a native way to do this in Miro - my only thought would be to differentiate the shapes by color (fill or outline) so they stand out more.

Could you then do a view where only let’s say the “blue” shapes are visible? and if so how would you do that?

@Allie Pinel -

Unfortunately not - what I meant with the colors was to make it more evident which activities belonged to which role/stakeholder.
