Can't load old board


Hello everyone. Description of my problem: i saved my board in google drive, but when i want to load it via Upload->Google Drive receive the message “Sorry, this file format is not supported.”. If i try to open board of Google Drive (via app Miro) i receive the message “Something went wrong! For some reason we couldn't open the board. Please back to your Google Drive and try again.”. What’s wrong?

How exactly did you do this? For example:

  1. Did you previously download a board backup file (.rtb) and then upload it to Google Drive?
  2. Or, did you use the board export → Save to Google Drive option:

If you used the Save to Google Drive option, this is not actually copying the board to Google Drive, but rather a link to the board. More on this here:

Second variant. You want to say that this way to create a link for a board? And if i delete the board link won’t work?
