Accidentally deleted all content - Versioning?

I’m afraid, we don’t offer version history at the moment.

if you had not manually backed up the board prior to deleting all the content, your only hope at this point might be via Miro support here: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center

farbodsaraf I have experience a similar problem to the above and but have not had a reply from the support team yet (after two days). I am a paying customer on the Enterprise plan and my request is urgent. Trying new ways to get my request seen to through FB/Twitter as I’m getting a little desperate! Many thanks in advance for your help.

So what I learn from this thread is the need to do backups of important boards. What are best practices on doing Miro backups?

This issue is in our focus now. As a first step, we’ve just released Content Recovery feature which allows you to restore recently deleted content from Activity List.

I just used the activity list to restore some important data that someone deleted. Quite happy with the feature!
