Can't view board (it isn't private)

Were you prompted to create a Miro account when you clicked on the invitation link?

How are you accessing it - Google Chrome is one of the supported web browsers, Internet Explorer is not?

Thanks for the questions.  I got the invite in slack and made an account.  I can see the right boards...but as I said, when I click on them it doesn’t work.  I have seen the board on screen share so I know that it exists.  

Yes, using chrome.

Can you try clearing your cache and restarting the browser to see if that works?

Alternately, are you able to download the Miro app for your PC or Mac and try to access the board that way?

Thanks. I tried in “incognito mode”.  Have submitted a ticket.

@rachel.smith - If you are using a browser, you may want to try:

• signing out of Miro and back in
• a private/incognito browser window
• clearing your browser’s cache

You could also try one of the Miro desktop apps.
