As a company admin, I cannot add any additional information to active users other than billing groups, which is not what I need. I am looking for fields to add info such as country, location or cost center. It  might be useful to understand how and where Miro is used.

Also, I would like to be able to adjust i.e. display names, because some users just provide first names there and it may lead to confusion who that person really is. All calls to the users to adjust this themselves were mostly ignored, unfortunately.

I agree.   It would be nice in Miro to be able to do two different user information customizations. 

  1. give users alternate names to make it easier to tell who is who.
  2. customize their floating icon to distinguish users with same first letter.

I would like to see ways of distinguishing users by more than just their username initial. 

In my case, I interact with the same two users once a week and they had both initially opted for fake names which also both start with the same letter. 

So the same pointer icon moves around for them when we are using Miro together.

This makes it very confusing to me about who is changing different things on the board.
