Free limit reached but only have 1 board? How can I fix this

Sorry to hear you’re having issues. The free plan allows for 3 editable boards at a time, and it doesn’t look like it says you are blocked from adding more boards. Rather, it says you are locked out of the current board. This could be because you are logging into the board with a different email than the one used to create it. 

A few things to check: make sure you’re using the same email to log in; log out and clear out cache and cookies; check to make sure ad-blocking extensions or VPNs aren’t interfering; resetting the app’s settings.

Thanks for the reply!  I only have 1 email address, tried logging in and out, and tried from a different computer still can’t seem to edit this board. It says I am the owner and you can see it says view only on this page, as well as the limit reached on the top of the board when I enter it.

Any other solutions?
