Need the ability to “disable present” in the permission set that can be applied to types of participants, such as editors.
The Problem: The prominent placement of the “Present” button in the upper right hand corner, has been leading virtual workshop participants to click on it. Which inadvertently launches a presentation, that every user gets a prompt to join, disrupting the flow of the workshop or design review.
I’ve had serval virtual workshops and design reviews with 50-80 participants in a board, and multiple times in one session, someone clicks “present”.
The problem may be in part it may be due to them thinking they are clicking the drop down carrot, when in fact they are clicking the “present” action button.
