In our company we already have different teams from different areas. They each have their own Spaces and Boards.
What we are looking for is how to best manage Contributors: people we want to invite on only specific Spaces and Boards without having to add them to our team.
For example, in our internal team we have 5 Spaces:
- three that are internal to the team
- one that we want to invite key stakeholders from Marketing team
- one were we want to invite people from the Development team
Currently, our only way to manage all our Spaces and Boards is to either:
- add each person to our Team, which would jeopardize the visibility of our internal private boards
- manually add each key contributor to the Space or Board
We are interested in having subgroups of people; we were can create a group of people from the same team, invite them with one click to our Spaces and edit their permissions (to view or to edit).
This would let us invite and share our boards easier depending on the team we want to collaborate with.
