Hello Miro Team and Community! 🇺🇦I’m an English teacher from Ukraine. I use Miro to create interactive lessons, visual materials, and collaborative activities for my students, which is extremely important during the ongoing war. Thank you so much for your support!

After switching from an Enterprise to a Business account, the “unlocked features” menu has appeared in my boards (despite being a customer for 5+ years). I cannot get the list to disappear, it is stuck at 87% despite showing each option as being complete. I can’t scroll any lower on the list, either. What’s in the screenshot is all I can see. I have tried repeating each step multiple times to no avail. Please, please give us the option to disable this feature, there are multiple other posts about this problem.  

As the title suggests, i was surprised with a yearly bill showing up in my credit card for the next year, even though i had stopped my premium subscription with miro.. and suprise surprise, can't contact them in any other way...

I had 2 boards that were my main boards on the free plan. I upgraded my plan for a month and created a few boards which I ended up deleting and just use the 2 boards. However now that I have gone back to the free plan, one of my boards is view only. I only have 2 boards in my free plan. It mentions something about how it only keeps the 3 most recent boards but I deleted all my other boards and only have 2. Can someone help me change my board from view only or help me figure this out without having to upgrade? 

Everytime I try to enter "miro.com", it keeps taking me to the "set up a team" page. Even if i've already joined a team under my professor's files or if i've made fake teams for myself. Even when I keep selecting the options and “creating my team”, most of the time it's stuck on the "loading" page for some reason.Once i’ve entered miro.com (after creating my team), if I click on any links such as my profile page, it keeps taking me to the “set up a team” page.

I have inherit a Miro account in which there are many teams and lots of boards inside each team with owners no longer existing in the firm. How can I bulk move all those boards into a new [ARCHIVE] board? I’ve searched online but doesn’t seem to exist a solution when you are NOT the owner of the board.

I would like to upgrade my free Miro account to the Miro Starter plan in order to download a graphic I created earlier in high quality. However, I am the only one of the 26 members in our current free team who needs this. The system shows the following option: “To reduce your team size ask your account admin to remove 26 members or create a new paid team. Otherwise, your subscription will include all 27 licenses.” If I create a new paid team, will I still be able to access and download the graphic I created with the previous free team?

I cant access my white board and so cant see my other boards. I am able to log in but when logged in I can't see any boards just blank ones.

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Miro account and I haven’t been able to reach support through any channel. I originally subscribed to the Starter plan (annual), but noticed that some features I needed were missing. I decided to try the Business plan trial, but ever since switching, my account got completely bugged. Now I:  Can’t access my profile or account settings Can’t create new boards or content Get error messages whenever I try to do anything   It’s been very frustrating, especially because I’ve already paid for the Starter plan and can’t use the platform properly. If anyone from the Miro team sees this, please help me resolve this. I really need access to my workspace and settings ASAP.Thanks in advance!

I have a board with some questions that the Team should rate on a Likert scale from 1 to 5.I want to use the Miro “Dot voting” tool. I will start in "private mode" so that no one can see who voted for what.I noticed that the dots people drag and drop from the dot voting contain "created by" and "last modified by" information. This indicates that the "private mode" is not functioning as intended.My question is: Am I doing something incorrectly? Is the private mode not meant to function with dot voting? Is this a bugThank you very much in advance for any assistance and responses.  

The issue is that I can not find my app in the side bare even if I search for the app name. How can this be and how can I fix it? Would be great to get a feedback here :)  I am using the Brave browser on 

Не прогружается доска. Пробовал в разных бразуерах. чистил кеш и куки. Проблема с определенной доской.Пробывал сделать бекап и востановить копию из бекапа. Не помогло

Hey there! I switched to the yearly plan and paid for it, but I keep receiving payment requests for additional 10$ What could be the problem? 

I have a table that I use to monitor the activity of the team. We create cards for each subject, drag them down to the table, or sometimes drag a line from a table to creat a card and then move it to a Miro Kanban. Recently, we wanted to add some visibility to other people in the company and have made synced copies of the table. We also agregated cards coming from various miro boards and dragging the to our now ‘main’ table to aggregate all activities. We also moved the table to a specific layer. This is where things started to go wrong and I can’t find how to sole it : I no longer have the dots appearing at the left of a line to drag it and convert it to a card. This is a big issue for us. Copy and paste of the table in a fresh board with no syncing does not solve this. Any idea about how to go back to a normal behaviour ? also less annoying but still an issue the table is saying we have like 10 synced views now while in fact there is only 1 remaining. Hello, the boards in the Miro do not work, the main page opens but the boards themselves do not, I tried to open both in the browser and in the application on the PC, on the phone everything works.

Suddenly across all our MIRO boards we are unable to toggle between hand and selector cursor - rendering MIRO unusable.Anyone else experiencing this?

On 23.06.2025 I couldn't access the board because it was deleted by an owner and the owner is not me and not my friend. But I must be the owner and I didn't delete it. I think there was an issue with logging in because it didn't show my old boards and treated me as a new user, I didn't care about old boards so it was not a problem, but it was the same account, same email. I didn't change anything someone else did.

I have set my font size to 24pt on a number of card, but it is being displayed at different sizes (as if it’s set to auto). This is inconsistent, meaning I have to manually faff with the font size to get things legible, and my board looking ok. Thanks

I’ve tried refreshing, and logging in and out, but they are nowhere to be seen….

hi there, ive been using a board to share excel files for quite some time. They used to load as a snap shot of the sheet, and you could click on the icon and download the file.  Just what i was after. Now when i drag and drop a excel file into the board, it shares its as a editable table, which I'm not after. Can someone advise how to get back to the simple file that can be clicked on to download please as the editable table isn't what I'm after 

I lost access to my account and my boards. I can log in a view other team mates, but mine is gone. There were years in which I didn't use it, but now I want to use it, it is gone.
