With my free account, I can’t:
- delete users from my space;
- delete boards;
- make boards inactive or active manually.
Anybody of my space can create board and make my inactive. I am the only one who think that’s crazy? It’s basic control!

Hi
“Delete users from my space” – Could you clarify what you mean by space? If you're referring to Spaces as explained here, those are only available on paid plans. If you're trying to remove users from your Team, only the Team Admin can do this. If your role is set as Member, you’ll need to ask your Admin to manage users.
“Delete boards” – You should be able to delete any board where you are a member of the team and have editing rights. Are you seeing an error or missing the delete option?
“Make boards inactive or active manually” – Could you describe the steps you’re taking here?
If you could share a screenshot or short video of what you're seeing, that would help us better investigate and support you.

If you are unable to remove users from the team, then you are not a Team Admin and likely did not create the team.
You could create a new free plan team and move your boards there by following these instructions.
Alternatively, you could create a paid subscription and have unlimited board by going to www.miro.com/pricing.

This is how the free plan is designed. Anyone can create a Miro account and use it for free. In order for free plan users to have others collaborate on their boards, the other users need to be a full member of the team. If you require unlimited boards, and want to collaborate with people outside of your Miro team space, there are paid options. You can compare them here: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017730233-Plans-and-features-available
Hi, what about if the now inactive user is the listed Team Admin? How can I have the Team Admin role reallocated to a different user email address?

If the only Team Admin’s email was under a controlled domain, you could try asking your IT department/email administrators to access the inactive admin’s email, signing into Miro as that account, and promoting another member(s) to the role of Team Admin – instructions on how to promote a user to admin are here.
If accessing the user’s email box is not an option, then you can do what I suggested above which is to create a new Free Plan team and move all board to the new team – details instructions on how to do this are here.
Are you not seeing the delete options or is it just the free plan limits hitting you??
Hi Robert, thank you - I have done that with my IT team and we have resolved my query. Much appreciated
