Hi how can I cancel a yearly subscription from 6 licenses to 1 or 0 immediately w/o waiting for a full year?

Hi - I also have the same issue. I have received a very unexpected charge on my card for $2600AUD which is an unauthorised charge for accidental additions to my team. I removed these seats from my team immediately upon receiving the charge and realising what happened and I am now seeking a refund which is proving much more difficult than I would have expected. It seems this is a common issue with Miro suggesting the terms and user experience are not clear enough for customers to avoid this kind of surprise billing?
