Hello, I have a business account where the team admin is no longer with our company, but the account continues to be charged to our card. I would like to deactivate this subscription and remove our billing information completely. I cannot do so without admin rights, and cannot assign/unassign them in the current state. Any help here on the solution I may be overlooking?

In cases where the billing admin is no longer with the company, only our Support team can step in to help update or deactivate the subscription, since those actions require admin rights.
