I am a Ukrainian user currently using Miro and I wanted to ask about a possible free or special subscription for Ukrainians.I have seen some information online and from other users that Miro previously offered free or extended plans for Ukrainian users. I would like to kindly ask whether such a program still exists or if there are any special conditions or discounts currently available for Ukrainian users.I would really appreciate any clarification or guidance on this matter.

Hello Miro Support Team,I need clarity on how guest access and license consumption works in Miro, specifically around edit permissions.Scenario: I invite an internal organization member using their email ID. This is their first time accessing Miro in our team. While sharing a board or space, I directly assign Can edit permission. In some cases, this works without immediately consuming a paid license or prompting for an upgrade. Questions I need clarified: Does granting Can edit access to a guest user always count as an editor seat, even if no immediate charge or seat assignment is shown? Is there a temporary or free editor allowance (trial, grace period, or limited free editors) that explains why edit access sometimes works without cost? At what exact point does Miro enforce license consumption for editors? Number of editors? Type of plan? Trial or grace-period conditions? If a user is first added as Can view (guest) and later upgraded to Can edit, does this a

Hello Miro Support Team,I am writing to report an issue I have recently encountered with the embedded YouTube video feature on Miro boards.Previously, when I pasted a YouTube link onto a board, the video would appear as an embedded clip, but it would not play automatically unless I clicked the play button. However, after a recent update, I have noticed that embedded YouTube videos now start playing automatically as soon as I open the board. This is causing inconvenience for myself and my team members.Could you please confirm if this is an intended feature or a bug? If it is a bug, I would appreciate it if you could address this issue in a future update. Hello,I would like to cancel my subscription. I am not using Miro — I only created one file to test it with my team, but due to the participant limitations we couldn’t proceed, so I stopped using the tool. Unfortunately, I’m now trying to cancel after the trial period has ended, and the system won’t let me do it.I haven’t used the application at all after that initial attempt and switched back to my usual tools like Google Docs, which work fine for me. Could you please help me cancel the subscription and ensure I’m not charged further?Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello, Miro Team informed me that my current education plan will expire in December 2025. But I need this plan for at least another year, because I am still a university going student. In presentation mode, if a object is selected using Select (V) option. And then if we hover the mouse on the object there is a blue box. What is this box and how to get rid of it? It doesnt appear in edit mode. I think this is happening ever since i updated the app yesterday Dec 3 2025

I cannot write or do anything on my whiteboard. It is completely empty - there are 0 objects on it, absolutely nothing. Yet whenever I try to write something, I get the error ‘Widget Limit Reached’ at the bottom of the screen. My other boards (which have things on them) work fine. This issue just came up randomly while I was working with a student. Perhaps a metadata error? Please give tips on how to fix this issue or how to get the Support team to resolve this. Your help is greatly appreciated.  

Hi everyone, Is it possible for a user to be authenticated/signed-in within a Miro live embed without being signed in on miro.com itself?In other words, can the live embed handle its own authentication flow independently from the main Miro web app? 1. Im using the live-embed with a direct link from the docs example `https://miro.com/app/live-embed/${boardId}?autoplay=true` in an iframe. However if there is any other way of embedding that achieves what i want i can use that as well. Don’t care about the “how”2. I would like it so that when the frame is loaded, it is authenticated and miro account is automatically logged in. It’s for internal use case, it’s going to be one account and we have the credentials, so that’s not a problem. 3. Yes4. Both cases. There are some type of boards that can be accessed anonymously(read-only) and by authenticated member(point no: 2 above).

Hi everyone,I’m a teacher using a Huion H640P pen tablet, and for the past two weeks I’ve been facing a consistent problem: the pen stops drawing in proper way only in Present Mode.Here are the key details: The pen works normally in Editing mode and Full Screen mode. The issue happens only in Present Mode. It appears on all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). It happens on multiple OS (Ubuntu and Windows). After about minutes in Present Mode, the pen stops drawing or the strokes disappear. Switching back to Editing mode immediately restores normal pen behavior. This started approximatly 2 weeks ago. If anyone else is experiencing the same issue — or if the Miro team can confirm this is a known bug — please let me know.

Hi, I would like to lock the location of some components on my board (roadmap template) but still allow people to edit the text inside the component (of which the position should be locked). Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance!    

I have a starter plan. Last month I was charged 12 euros (taxes included), and this month it says I will be charged 13,48 euros plus taxes. I don’t understand why. I made sure that there’s only one full member (myself), so why is the price sudddenly getting higer?

Miro is hijacking the shortcuts I typically use to toggle between tabs in my browser on Mac. For instance, if I want to check an email in tab 1, I hit command + 1 expecting to see my inbox but instead the miro board just zooms out to the stratosphere.

Hi. I’m new to Miro, but not a complete novice. Others seem to have similar problems. I’m unable to type in stickies because when I try to type into them the short cuts get activated, and then all sorts of crazy things happen (new frames are created; connection lines are created; and other features).  I’m using a Mac with Chrome, but I’ve tried this on Safari as well. Same problem.  Can anyone tell me how to disable shortcuts?  I can build no problem. But using Miro--as a participant--is impossible.  Thanks,John.

I work with several colleagues in a timeline template.We also use the table and Kanban functionalities.The problem is that if I change something in the view, filtering, or settings, it also changes for my colleagues.That makes it difficult to work that way.Is there a way I can make a change to the view without affecting my collaborators?I have already worked with different frames. But there is no synchronization of the content across the different frames.
