Icon for creating a new team in the dashboard does not work.

@Bensen - I went through the same thing myself recently. Because my Miro account profile was added as a member of a Enterprise Plan team space, and Domain Control was enabled for that Enterprise Plan, the “+” symbol on the left, that would usually say “Add teams” was now “Join teams” or, as the original poster showed us, if they had joined all, they were blocked from doing anything.You will need togo into your user profile settings (https://miro.com/app/settings/user-profile/), select the Enterprise Plan team/company team space Go go the Active users page Filter by role and find a Company Admin and email for help in being removed from the Enterprise subscription.

Using multiple Miro boards at the same time

@EFG Jamboards - Welcome to the Community!I’ll try to answer what I can:As a training company, we regularly run multiple virtual workshops at the same time which would require external users working on different boards at the same time. Would 1 ‘starter membership’ be enough to work in this way? For example, two live workshops typically have 15 people in each and would be working on two boards at the same time.A Starter Plan would work fine here. Keep in mind, though, if you were running live sessions with multiple boards, with multiple participants on the boards, there are certain actions that only the board owner, i.e., the person who created the board, can take on the board. So, if you had a Starter Plan with only one paid licensed user, that person may find it hard to suddenly need to be making changes to multiple boards during a live sessions should an unforeseen situation arise. With the Business Plan, there is a Co-owner role which would give another paid member elevated permiss

Update from Miro support [RESOVED]:When testing and replicating the issue on my end, I experienced the same issue. However, it now appears to be working as expected and images are pasting with the correct quality. Could you test this again on your end and let me know if you're still experiencing the issue?

Moving boards into projects

@zplakias - Ah, yes, that makes sense. This definitely could have been avoided if there was some additional context in the "move to project" popup windows, e.g., "Current Team location of board" or "Select a project from [TEAM NAME]". Or, if we could move a board into a project in any team, kind of like this idea:https://community.miro.com/ideas/move-a-board-directly-onto-a-project-in-another-team-15323

@zplakias - As the screenshot you included, only members with editing rights to a Project can add boards to the Project: If you are receiving that message, you do not have edit rights to the Project and, therefore, are definitely not the owner of the Project (or at least you are not signed in as the user/email address who created the Project).Do you see the Project on the left side of your Miro dashboard? If so, when you open it, you will see the owner and can ask them to give you edit rights:

@MatejZel - I can see many uses for this too! I couldn’t find an existing Wish List idea post for your idea, so I have moved your post to the Wish List forum. You can read more about posting ideas here: Wish List: Everything You Need to Know.Since it’s related to cards/mind maps, I will share a link to user-created custom app called Cardsy that will duplicate sticky notes, shapes, text, and mind map nodes into cards. The use case is: You generated ideas in a mind map, but now want to work one of those nodes as a Card. Planner for Jira is only showing certain Jira Boards

@Mason Mayne / @Shariza Mustafa - From my experience, Planner only appears to support the Jira Software project type – not Work Management, Service Management, etc.@Peter Parkes – Hi Peter. I saw your What’s New: A look back Talktrack about Planner. Are you able to clarify which Jira project types are supported in Planner? The Planner for Jira help center article does not appear to mention the types. Thanks!

@maxim_wise - Thanks for confirming.I tested and am getting the same results - Windows 11 64-bit.I tested in Chrome, Edge, Firefox in regular windows and private/incognito, so six tests, and the only scenario where the image is not blurry is in an InPrivate window in Edge.I will open a Miro support ticket and respond here with what the support team tells me.

Mind map lines don't get deleted with nodes

Snapping

@Curtley - The “Snap to grid” action is here, and only applied when in grid mode:  i dont have a CTRL button which works on windowsI think this is currently a scenario that is limited to devices with a Ctrl/Cmd key. For example, I do have a keyboard connected to my Galaxy S9 Tab, so holding Ctrl does stop the connection lines from snapping. I suspect that Miro would include this limitation as a part of this statement in the Connection Lines help center article: If you have a paid subscription, you could ask the support team to confirm the behaviour. If you want to use Talktrack to record your walkthrough about the estimation tool, you will need to resort to using screenshots of any Miro UI/apps that you wish to highlight. And, if you wish to have video clips included, you could do so in the form of GIFs – ScreenToGif is free.And if you decide to use an external recording option, Loom is free and easy to use and share a video – they also embed nicely in a Miro board, so you could do a Loom recording of the estimation tool and embed it into a Miro board and then record a Talktrack walk though of the board, asking the participants to pause the Talktrack when they get to the Loom video.Wish List postsThere is at least one Wish List idea post where another Miro user has requested the ability for Talktracks to records board actions. @Bastian K - A few things I noticed from your video were:When you select a mind map node, your context menu is missing the Duplicate and Delete actions, e.g., what I see in my Miro UI: And what I see in yours:  You appear to have changed your Miro account language to Español, so I did the same, in case there was something in that language causing the issue, i.e., a bug, but my UI still looks fine. I also noticed that, when you delete any typed text from a node, your placeholder text of “type something” does not return, e.g., my Miro: Yours: With these UI differences, I would suggest thatyou clear your cache (and maybe even sign out/back in to Miro and if that doesn’t work, you may have a browser extension interfering with the Miro UI, so I would suggest that you try a process-of-elimination exercise and either start disabling browser extensions one-by-one and testing, or disable them all, test, and start re-enabling them again.  Note: There is currently an outstanding incident where s
