Hey, has anyone migrated content from Whimsical? I’m looking to bring over some content from Whimsical to Miro, and prefer to migrate in a flexible format than importing and static images. What would be the best way to do this? 

We’ve created this great flow to walk people through on our board. I would like people to enter at the beginning and not just to a random place or seeing the whole board. How might I do that? Thanks in advance!

Hello.I'm a member of "free team space" and my desk became locked due to limit of 5 desks. If i will buy upgrade not for team but for me via "working with clients" will i have an access to editing my desk?  Best regards, Denis A.

Hi there.I'm having problems with the "updates" functionality.When I try to see my unread messages, the Updates pane opens but the content will not load. I just see the spinning wheel.I’ve left it for hours, and it still doesn’t load.Toggling between “All Updates” and “Unread” makes no difference.The same issue is present using the Mac app, and across different browsers.This has been the case for a couple of days. I’m unable to manage access requests as a result. Can anyone suggest how I can sort this? Thanks,Andy

Hello!We are using Miro for PI (program increment) planning every couple of months.  We have everything inside one board and typically 2500-3500 objects in total in the board.  50 - 60 people are part of the planning.For most of us, Miro works “ok” but 10-20% of people are experiencing performance issues, which obviously hinder the user experience and has got me thinking about alternatives:parts of the board loading slowly slow navigation around the board owing to performance general slowness / lags when compared to using a smaller board with less people collaboratingFrom the little testing I have done, it seems that running Miro on Chrome is most efficient and even better than using the Miro app, especially assuming that a Google Meet is ongoing in Chrome.  This article - https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013588560-Tips-to-improve-board-performance - had some general tips, a couple of which I can perhaps try, but nothing that specific about browser recommendations in relation

Hello everyone. This is frustrating. I have been trying to apply for a free education account, everything is filled-up, but the button is not responsive. I am just stuck on the page. I tried refreshing, doing it all over and over, and I even tried a different computer for this but to no avail.Kind of getting lost on what is wrong since I have been trying to apply for a week already. Hope someone can help with this error. Thank you.

Preparing a client workshop and went to toggle on the Daypasses in the settings - but they are not there!!!I am on a consultancy plan, and it’s active.I recently changed from monthly plan to yearly. 

Please dont tell me that I have to resize manually each cell. With COMMAND drag I can prevent MYSELF from messiing with the grid. I know I can lock it twice, but from time to time I unlock it while they are working.  I want to do restore it retroactively and make it so students cannot ever resize grid. Is it possible?

Hi,I have a board the should work as a Virtual Exhibition that anyone can access in “Comment only mode” using the link. Sometimes we use this board to showcase our work in an online meeting. But the board is open to access at any time.If I have a board and use “can edit” then I (as board owner) can see/follow the collaborator’s cursor and I also see that someone else is accessing the board the same time I’m logged in.But if as in my board, I’m using comment only (since I don’t want the visitors to be able to edit just comment), then I don’t see them when they have entered the board.If I know that they are there I can at least chat with them in the comment only mode and by that “interact” without having an online meeting.Is there a setting to change or way to fix this and still use comment only for the board. Let’s say I have a timeslot when I invite people to the board but not through an online meeting tool like zoom. Then it would have been nice to now if there are other users only or

I tried the UML template, I am just seeing shapes. Whether full UML support is there? How can i add package or class diagram?

How many teams can I make under the Enterprise plan? Is it limited? 

We’re using Miro as a limited pilot, thus limiting access and not providing everyone with a license.Problem is that anyone from the 16,000 strong company can now navigate to this sign in page and spam the Miro admins with requests.Can this be somehow disabled?

When I insert a line on the board and try to change it from the context menu that appears when you click on it, nothing is working.e.g. I wish to insert text on the line, nothing shows up when I click text.I wish to change a simple line to a pointed line, does not work.Can you help please?

Dear community, I haven’t used my account for 1 1/2 months and now that I tried to reenter into the account it doesn’t work anymore. When I ask for a new password nothing happens. I am able to create a new account with my already used E-Mail-address. My account (with important Maps!) seems to be gone.  I need personal contact to the Miro-administration for sending more information. The account with which i write this message is of course not the missing account.  I hope you can help me. 

Hello! Jargon is half the battle - the other half is poor search engines! I am looking for a way to use our Miro Board to let my group of users easily see Who’s working in the office and who’s not. Communicating this information is problematic and IN and Out boards are an easy way to do it! With the Pandemic, it’s very helpful to know who might be in the office as they can be eyes and ears, hands and feet to take care of something physical. So…My suggestion is an a column of in out dots on the board that have the optional capability to self clear at a set time each day. All a user needs to do is move their name to the “In” column one a day if they are in the office, on campus etc. If this is called something else, please let me know - A search for “in” and “Out” leads to many hits and no useful information and maybe I’m using the wrong jargon and it’s called something else!Thanks! 

Are there any limits as to the number of comments that a user can make on a Miro board. Was originally using Figma to comment on Screenshots for annotation purposes, and then found out there was a 100 comment limit per user. Would like to determine if there are any limits for Miro before I move anything over.

I have been trying to find a way to change the background color on a Kanban board. Is there an option to make it something other than white?

I managed to upload the logo of the board via the picture endpoint (https://developers.miro.com/reference#create-or-update-picture). How can I upload an image to the board itself? Use case: We want to upload our logo via the API when creating new boards.

The mouse control feels different between the Mac version and the Windows version of the browser app.On the Mac I use the scroll wheel to zoom in and out. I can hold left click and move the screen around easily without having to change to the grab hand via pressing V. On Windows, the scroll wheel moves the screen up and down. I also have to use the V button to swap to the grab hand to move the screenThe lack of continuity makes moving between computers painful. Is this something that can be changed in Miro settings or on my operating systems? Cheers,
