Does anyone know if I should be able to conduct voting on text within a table?

I am a paying customer using the starter plan at my company. Since about 6 months ago, I've been unable to access miro.com/app from the Chrome web browser. I'm reaching out to you late because I primarily use the installable Miro app. The installable app works fine.Due to this issue, I can no longer share or report links using the web browser. This issue is happening to everyone in my company.   

The Dropbox integration claims to support video files: https://miro.com/marketplace/dropbox/. However, when trying to add an mp4 to the board via dropbox I only get a “file not supported” error. Which video files are actually supported? 

Hi all, I’ve noticed in both the webapp and desktop version of Miro that there is no longer a way to present that allows you to do a “fly through” of the Frames as it zooms around the board. This appears to be replaced with the “Present frames as slides” option, and the new interactive option. This used to appear in the bottom toolbar and then was moved to the top, but now appears to be gone. See image below:  Is the fly-through option still available somewhere? I much prefer to present in this mode as opposed to it mimicking Powerpoint (which is the reason I use Miro in the first place!). If you’re wondering why I prefer this, it is so that the presentation has a sense of dynamic movement to it - especially seeing as Miro does not have transition tools, I will often link different objects via arrows/lines, and use the fly-through presentation mode in place of it.  Would love to know if this feature has simply been abolished, or if there is a roadmap for re-introducing it.

I’m leading an interactive workshop that I’ve set up with frames, but for some reason the pariticpants can’t stop themselves from hitting the “start presentation” button when they’re navigating via the frame menu. Is there some way to lock the board so that only some people (owners?) can start a presentation?

Hi,I want to create an app, which allows dragging images to the Miro board.I am using JavaScript vanilla.My problem:When dragging the image to the board, nothing happensMoving the mouse back to the app window, the cursor changes to the symbol:When now dragging the same image to the board, it is added. Additional information:When using it with any other element, like text, it works fine. Only for images, I need to drag them twice. Adding console.log, I can see, that my drop event which added the images, is only called when dragging the image the 2nd time.Any hint/clue, what I am doing wrong? 

I created a duplicate tag by accident and tagged a sticky with it. When I went to delete it and add the original one, everything seemed fine. When I logged back into Miro a little while later, the tag was back and tagged on that same sticky along with the tag I actually wanted it tagged with. I have gone through this process of deleting the tag to have it reappear, and now it is happening with another tag that I deleted. How do I get deleted tags to stay dead and gone?

I started using Miro on my iPad recently and this issue is coming up a few times a day and doesn’t sync, so I have to reload and lose all the data. I don’t remember having this issue before on other devices, but now it’s too frequent that Miro seems unreliable any more. How can I solve it? I’ve already tried using it on different browsers and reinstalling Miro, but it doesn’t help

I’m having trouble with changing the backgroud color. I remember there used be to an option on this menu, but now I can’t find it. Help me please 

It seems that when I select multiple objects and create a frame the frame is created somewhere else, but not around the selected objects. To me this is counter-intuitive.Maybe I’m doing sth wrong since this seems to me the natural way how it should work and I know Miro for its intuitive UI.So to make things clear: If I select one or multiple objects and click to create a frame I like the frame to be drawn around the selected object(s).

Hi everyone!Today got this case:A gave a link for my board to PersonA. PersonA requested the Edit rights and another user (PersonB) who already got the Reader access gives Edit rights to my board to PersonA. What??? If it matters: Free Plan, Me and both PersonA and PersonB logged in with Google Account

When working in the native Mac Miro application, when I have multiple boards open in multiple tabs, I want to be able to move between them with the standard Mac keyboard shortcut for moving between open tabs: CMD+OPT+[Left/Right]] This is especially useful when:I’ve set up multiple boards to show in a presentation and I want to quickly bounce between them I’m working in one board, but referencing another, and want to jump back and forth quickly

I have an 8x10 pdf but when I export it it shows up nearly 10x12. Is there a way to accurately export the pdf dimensions? I created an 8x10 template and imported it as an image into MIRO and did not scale them.

Hello,I’m successfully using thev2/boards?copy_fromendpoint (https://developers.miro.com/reference/copy-board), but the added “projectId” is ignored. The copied board is not placed in the project with the given “projectId”. I also do not get an error message, but a success message with the copied board details.How can I copy a board and place it in a project using the API “Copy board” endpoint?

Hey Community,as I use Frames all the time especially since miro improved the presentation abilities on the board 🙂.But what happens the last days is very confusing: as the frame is set white by default and not transparent any more I had to chance its color to ‘transparent’ (...is that a color!? 🤔). But whenever I refresh the board or reopen it after a while it turn back to white which totally destroys my presentation layout… 😡Is it a temporary bug or just a ‘setting problem’? Anyone a clue?This is how it should look:...and this is what happens all the time. 😩

Hi all,I have been using the Miro API for a few months now to duplicate one of my boards, and it has always worked without any issues until yesterday when I started receiving "[403] One of the requested features is not supported." errors.I really don't understand what could be causing the error since I haven't made any changes to the request, and my Miro account hasn't changed its plan either (I'm on the Free plan). In short, I haven't made any modifications, so I don't understand why I suddenly have this error.Here is the request I am using:Thank you in advance for your help !

Hello, I accidentally deleted all the boards, is it possible to restore them somehow?

HELLO @EVERYONE and CONGRATZ,I am new to the MIRO environment but find it works well for presentations. But wondering if any of your JAVA Script peeps could tell me if there is a way of creating a timer that reset itself and whatever activity that you created in Miro to what it looked like before the user hit the timer to begin the activity!Inquiring minds are waiting to know if this is a DO-ABLE possibility.My Name is CJ
