Hi,I created an app for Miro, which always users to apply some configuration.In my app, the users can change the size of cards they drag to the board.To increase the user experience, I want the user’s choice to be available when he uses the app again.I wonder what would be the best/easiest way to store the user's choice.Any ideas/proposals?-Jens-

Hi. I’ve got a situation: i used to work for a company that has purchased a full license to my personal e-mail with limitation to boards being used only by workers of the company. I no longer work for the company, but my license hasn’t been cancelled, which means i can’t buy my own license to this e-mail (to share the boards with whomever i want). I requested them to cancel my license but it is taking forever. Can Miro cancel my licence purchased for me by the 3rd party?

This morning, none of the sticky notes on our boards are displaying the actual shape, just the text. I tried creating new sticky notes and the same thing is happening. Not sure if there was a breaking change released but seems to be a lot of issues this morning. 

Hello community, i want to design a process flow for our day to day operations using Miro. Which is the best way to desing it and present it in a way i can see only the next step of the process and not all the steps at once?

I uploaded images to a miro board and they uploaded just fine, but a few days later they appeared like this and I can no longer see or download them. These are the only copies of the images I have as I delete them from my other devices to save on storage space. This is crucial to my work and I have no other way of gaining back these important photos. Please help!

Good day! We’re having an issue, where some of people in our office are not able to see miro boards embedded into teams channel. It doesn’t seem to be related to MS Teams version. They can load the board, but images wouldn’t appear, they appear as “loading” boxes where images are supposed to be. Any advice?  

Today my Miro board started delaying and lagging.Doesn’t seems to be a loading/downloading issue; it is more a selection/deselection/move/transform delay thing.I tried everything I saw in related posts (checking internet connectivity, erasing caches and cookies, it happens with browsers/Miro app on Windows, duplicating de board, lot more things) Can I get some help please? I use Miro as my core Platform.

Two of my boards aren’t working completely. I know they are too large, but I can’t even just delete  unnecessary frames at all, because it stops working as soon as I do  any actions on the boards. What shall I do? Help please 🙌🏻

Hi,  On Tuesday I run my first Miro workshop. Everything’s ready but when working I noticed the dashboard and then particular boards are loaded extremely slow (like 2-3 minutes). Nothing fancy on the boards. Just testing, only shapes and a few templates. Using: Macbook Pro (tested both Safari and Chrome and the osx Miro app)Tested Windows (Firefox and Chrome)Tested iPad app.Tested network speed (upload, download 250+)Tested on iPad LTE gsm.Consultant plan, two members.Other apps work like charm.Restarted everything. I invited a one time occassional user. She logged in….and reported the board (any board) doesnt load.Have you noticed same problems? Best, Bartosz  

I can’t use the Typing tool on my whiteboard.  Am on Windows 11 and Firefox browser .. tried the desktop App and that didn’t work either.

I've recently encountered a strange issue while working on a board in Miro containing interview data. Here's a detailed description of the problem:Initial Editing in Desktop App: I was initially editing the board using the Windows desktop app. However, I found it to be unresponsive and slow, so I switched to the browser app. Editing in Browser App: I successfully made all my edits using the browser app, and everything seemed fine. Content Duplication: After refreshing the content in the desktop app, several copies of the board content suddenly appeared. Restoration Attempts: I tried to restore the content without losing my recent edits but was unable to do so. As a workaround, I restored an older version of the board and manually copied over the new changes. Weird Corruption: What's particularly weird is that the corrupted version seems to be older than the version I was actually working on. It looks like the board got "corrupted," and the issue didn't show up immediately. No Accidenta

Is there a chance that a priority feature could be added to Kanban board cards? And also more colors options for card backgrounds and tags.

I am using the REST API call...https://api.miro.com/v2/orgs/{org_id}/teams/{team_id}/boards/{board_id}/data-classificationI am getting valid responses back from the call, but the vast majority of the time I am getting the following error returned even though the board has a classification label.{  "code": "internalError",  "message": "Internal server error",  "status": 500,  "type": "error"}Thanks for the support!

How to make blocks not move other blocks when moving?When moving one block under others, everything moves together, what can be avoided?  

Hi all,I am looking at the Org Chart template and there are these great photos inside circles showing the different team members.  I do not know how to place an image within this circle.  When I add an image and move it to the front it is in front of the rest of the figure, when I move it to the back the grey circle covers it up.  I am sure it is something simple I am missing.

I’ve read a ton on copy/paste oddities, but still can’t figure out the pattern.I have a temp board.  I add some stuff, locking some objects and keeping some unlocked.When I rubber-band select everything, copy/paste I only get the unlocked objects.  Fine. When I select the frame, copy/paste I get everything (locked and unlocked objects).  Perfect.When I go to my real board and do the same I get different behavior.When I rubber-band everything, copy/paste I get only the unlocked objects selected.  Fine. When I select the frame, copy/paste I can’t figure out what’s getting selected.  All of the unlocked objects and SOME of the locked objects, but definitely not everything in the frame.  For the life of me I can’t figure out how to copy/paste everything in a frame.Here’s why I want to do this.  I have a board that has sections for different weeks (we fill in a section when we meet every 2 weeks).  I want to export and send the output of JUST the latest weeks discussion to all attendees.  S

Why did Miro change the location of the comment panel from Left to the Right?Why did Miro violate UX first principles of building on existing habits?PLEASE move it back. Anybody else surprised by this?

I’m following this tutorial part, I’ve selected react,  I made my app and tried both localhost and an external server, but my App isn’t showing up on the left side pannel for apps or the upper right one, I had an old app I made from html and jQuery, which does show up on the upper right, but I just can’t find the new app I made, I’ve looked at other ones that add an event listener to one of the Miro events but it did not help, is there anyway to trouble shoot because I can’t find much to look where its going wrong.

Our Apps are not show up on the board via the panel even if they are installed.What to do?

I’m trying to attach tag to a sticky item using https://developers.miro.com/reference/attach-tag-to-itemAll IDs are correct, but the API throws 204 no content and the tag does not get attached. Kindly help

I just bought the iPad Pro, 4th gen, 256gb, downloaded miro… on any board, heavy or not, the miro UI disappears completely at random points. No idea why, but it is super annoying. Is there a fix for this? Only fix I have so far is closing and restarting the app.

I am conducting a presentation on video call.I am using two monitors.I want one monitor to display a board in ‘presentation mode’ (which I will share with the call participants)I want my other monitor to display the same board NOT in presentation mode, for me to move freely around, take notes and read the presentation notes which I have written down next to the slides that I am presenting. (I do not want to share these notes and my movement on this board on call) I am sure this used to be possible, but now when I click ‘presentation mode’ both monitors automatically start presenting, even if I am using Miro desktop on one monitor and web based on the other.The only slight workaround I can see is to logout of Miro on one monitor and send an invite link to a different email address to access the board. But this is not ideal and limits the features I can use.
