What is the best way to set this up? We don't want them to need to sign up for a Miro account.

With the anonymous guest editor access (https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012524559-Collaboration-with-Anonymous-Guest-Editors) sharing method for the board, this should be doable.
