Miro not letting me join team

Hi All,

Someone at my company has sent me a join team email and every time I click join team, it doesn’t work. It just takes me to the dashboard where it's not on my team list or settings. 

I have tried logging in and out, but that doesn’t work either.
When I click the view team link he comes up with this error code:
[error] "9e717cd0-f69f-49cc-a766-e57b58225b37"

Can someone please help?
