Hi, everyone. Long time users here. We recently decided to give the new version of video calls a go after not using it for a while for various reasons, and after learning that Around will be shutting down soon. Windows and Android (from browser) users (students) can join with no issue at all, but Apple users (iPad and iPhone) can either see the camera icon but not the join option, or can see the join option but an error message will pop up. We have tried every settings change on the device itself, on the app/browsers, Chrome and Safari (mobile and desktop versions), the Miro app, and nothing has worked.Any solution ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hello,  All the text in all my textboxes are invisible. The actual text box is still there, and if i edit it, the text reappears, but as soon as I'm done, it becomes invisible again. The opacity of the text box remains, but not the text. This is happening in another of my boards too. The images i have uploaded in the past are in a similar situation. They are still there, but are invisible.If i create a new text box with text, or upload a new image, they also become invisible. I did not do anything to make this happen. It just happened today. I updated my miro to the current version when i discovered this, and forced stop the app, but it's still not fixed. I opened an incognito tab, and accessed my miro account there, and it still has the same issues. What do i do? 

When I go to the dashboard, I can’t see how to switch to an education plan.It’s making life very difficult.

HiWe created a new team within our organization and therefore moved our board to this new team, within same organisation, same e-mail, same account everything the same. Now all Jira cards are de-activated and we cannot access the information on the card. I´ve added Jira as an app in the new Miro team, but what else do I need to do to make the board understand that the links to the Jira cards are still accessible?/Tina

What is the maximum number of participants that can use the alignment scale and what happens to the size of the people icons (i.e. avatars) as more people “vote”? Do they shrink? Is the initial size of the avatars static such that if I increase widget box size, do the avatars stay the same size or increase proportionally to the size of the widget box? 

I just updated to the latest version of Miro as normal but NOW discover that my MacOS won't support it. Be nice if Miro actually warned you before pushing the updates hey ho. Is there a way to revert to the previous version?

Hello, I’m working on my first board and made everything too large at first. I found it easy to select all objects and shrink them all down together, however, the original font size is not shrinking along with the objects. I can’t figure out a way to adjust the font size of multiple objects at once. Does anyone have any ideas for how this might be accomplished?  Many thanks!

Request to join teams,  How to “email team admin” or team members ?  

Good afternoon! I lost my interactive board during class yesterday, then I opened the main screen and I don't have any Miro boards. As I suppose, apparently I was attached to the team of my university, but I do not know who its admin is, and I did not even know that I was on the team. Maybe I was expelled or the team was deleted altogether. Now I don't have any boards made earlier. Can you tell me what to do? How can I restore the boards? Is it possible to do this without a team admin, or how do I find out the admin's name or email? I really need these boards, I'm sad that I didn't know that I was on some kind of team and I really need my boards.

Hi, is anyone else having some issues with board when selecting new items or features the scale seems to either go super small or super large relative to the remaining items on a frame?  Is there any best practices for the scale or items to be relative to the frame consistently? For example, I have a set of Sticky notes that are all about the same scale, then I want to add a mind map near the sticky notes, but when I add the mindmap the scale of the parent node is super tiny relative to the sticky notes that I made on a frame.  Why is this and how do I make sure that the scale of the mind map doesn’t go way out of whack?

I encountered a frustrating situation with Miro. There is an unauthorized charge on my CC for $192 - (I’m sure $16/12 for a Miro subscription -business plan). I would like to be refunded immediately. I am not pleased that I have to submit this form to a community to get a refund for an unauthorized charge.

I guess I must be stupid.  I took one of the gantt template tables they had, and at first it was working well enough - able to add rows, add columns, resize columns, etc.  Now it just flat-out refuses, no matter what I try. I know there’s the one mode where it has the icon with arrows in all directions for moving the object. Then, double-clicking in to Select mode changes it to a hand lets me type in the cells.. but no matter how I hover over the lines, there is never any possibility now to resize the columns.It’s a mouse with two buttons on it.  You right click; you left click; you point to certain menus.  Why is something that should be so user-intuitive so hard?..  

I haven’t use the minimap in several months, but when I tried just now, I noticed that I am unable to navigate via it anymore. Clicking on it does nothing. This is true of both the desktop app and the browser version.Did Miro get rid of this for some reason…?

If I have sensitive data on my boards, that according to GDPR is not admitted to be transferred to the U.S. can I still use miro after its update of terms on September 1, 2021?Te new terms include:Added detail on international data transfers, including you consent to transfer data to the United States to provide the Services. Added details regarding ongoing compliance with Privacy Shield, including clarification that Miro does not rely on Privacy Shield as a mechanism to transfer data to the United States.What, if I do not give my consent to those data transfers?

Hi all,is there a way or a futur plan to import animated .json file into a Miro board ?I create animations with After Effect and export them as .json file for the web. But I would like to incorporate some into Miro board for presentation. They are much lighter than animGig.Thanks

Hello everyone,I am using the Free Plan in Miro, which allows up to three boards. Currently, I have two boards that I actively use, and a third board that I transferred to another owner and no longer need. However, the board is still showing in my list, and I can't remove it or leave it. The options to "Leave" or "Delete" are not available.This is taking up one of the three available slots for boards in the Free Plan. Is there any way to completely remove this board from my account so that I can use the free slot for another board?I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this.Thank you in advance!Best regards,Michal

Hello, can we please have our account flagged as non enterprise or have Enterprise SSO turned off?Assuming that our account still exists within Miro somewhere and this is breaking log ins as Miro redirects to the Enterprise SSO when using our domain for creating accounts or simply just logging in.Sorry, seems this is the only place to be able to do this as creating a support ticket requires paid licensing.

Hey, I needed to update some company details, so there is also the need for an updated invoice.How can I start this process?

I’m part of a company that uses Miro with the corporate domain @***.co. We started with the Free plan and later migrated to the Enterprise plan.Our challenge is that, during the time we were using the Free account, many team members created private boards using their corporate emails. Currently, we only have access to boards linked to the Enterprise team or those to which we were invited.We would like to know if there is a way to identify and access all boards created with the corporate domain @***.co (regardless of who created them) and move them to the Enterprise team. Our goal is to centralize and properly manage the boards within the paid plan.

I removed a user who was on my team, and the boards he created disappeared. Is there any way to recover these boards?

For some reason I cannot edit one of my boards. I’m on the free plan, had three boards, removed one that was no longer necessary, and yet still cannot edit one of them.I just want to remove an extraneous frame from Student Onboarding, but it refuses to let me change anything. I can’t put in a support ticket as it’s a free plan. Help?  

Hello! One of my students cannot open the Miro. He has Android(Oppo), downloaded app, and that’s what it shows. How can we solve this problem? He tried to join by tablet, but it shows only white screen. When I join by my phone, everything is okay. But only he cannot join.

in the planner board when the filter issue type is selected and you want to check which issue types to view, it says no results matching.  The filter appears to be correct in Jira & this isn’t working for multiple teams.
