I am having the same issue. This makes it difficult for me to use this as an interactive project tracking tool. Please let us know how to this is being addressed

Thanks for bringing this up! Since you've already tried clearing your cache and testing on new boards, and the issue persists, it may be a bug.

You can also try testing in an incognito window or on a different browser to see if the issue is browser-specific. In the meantime, I have yur post conberted into a ticket.

Thanks. I am not on incognito. I have tried this on Explorer as well as chrome. The issue is the same.  :(

A few more things you could check while waiting for support:

• Try accessing the board from a different device to see if the issue persists.
• If you're using any browser extensions, try disabling them to rule out conflicts.
