hello! I have a problem with my subscription.

I paid for a starter pack YEARLY and i was charged 96$. then i clicked on “cancel my subscription “ so not to get automatically charged next year i did not get any refund and i supposed to use my subscription till January 5, 2026.

But now i’m not allowed to open my boards because my plan has expired. I paid for the plan till 5 January, 2026. I want to use it. I have a receipt in my inbox. I would like to get a right to use what I paid for or a refund.

Technically now i’m on a free plan with no option to contact Support Service :) 

What should i do? I feel like i was robbed
