I tried to sign up for a starter plan by clicking on “Upgrade”, but it is in the process of being renewed and I can't sign up.

It has been refreshing for about 2 hours now.

I have logged out and restarted my computer.
The Wi-Fi environment is fine.

I'm having trouble finding the cause of the problem.

I tried using an incognito window, disabling extensions, and using the Miro desktop app. I’m not sure what the exact cause was, but when I checked today, the issue was resolved.
