To the Miro team,

I was unable to export all of my Invision prototypes and screens, and I was hoping I could still have the ability to retrieve that work in order to boost my portfolio. I had linked to InVision prototypes to display my UX capabilities, and was late to exporting that work. Is there a way I can touch base with someone on the Miro team to collect my work?

Thank You - Dan

Hi @Daniel Ralabate,

Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, Miro doesn’t manage or store content from InVision directly, so we don’t have access to retrieve prototypes or screens linked from InVision.

To recover your InVision work, I recommend contacting InVision’s Support team directly. They may be able to assist you in retrieving your prototypes or screens if they’re still stored in your InVision account.

If there’s anything specific to prototypes that were linked or displayed in Miro that you’d like help with, feel free to share more details, and I’ll do my best to assist! 😊

Hi @Eca I am in the same boat with old Invision content. When I try to access Invision, the link redirects me to my Miro login.

Do you have a link or email address for Invision support as mentioned in your reply?

Thanks

Kathryn

Hi @KathrynMcG,

Thanks for reaching out! Since InVision’s transition, their old links may now redirect to Miro, but Miro does not store or manage InVision content.

To contact InVision’s support team, you can try reaching out via their official help page: https://www.invisionapp.com/contact-support. If that link no longer works, I’d recommend checking their main website or any official InVision communication you might have received about account transitions.

For some reason this link redirects to Miro home page!! I just cant access any link from the InvisioApp website.

I did not notice the shutdown emails until just now. I tried to access an old invisionapp link and I’m just realizing all of this.

How can you buy a company and not acquire their data to continue providing service?

Invision support is no longer available, nor is their site thus all the data is no longer accessible.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for reaching out! I understand how important it is to retrieve your work, especially for your portfolio.

It appears that your question is related to InVision, which is a separate company and not associated with Miro. Unfortunately, Miro doesn’t manage or store content from InVision directly, so we don’t have access to retrieve prototypes or screens linked from InVision.

As such, Miro does not have any access to any information related to InVision customers, including invoices and other information.

Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you the best!
