Проблема в том что когда пытаюсь зайти аккаунт миро меня перекидывает на выбор ы заход в аккаунт и когда выбераю его меня выкидывает в вибор аккаунтов миро

Since today I cannot use CTRL+D CTRL+Z shortcuts when working with Miro on Safari. Instead of duplication of an element and redo of a step, I can see my browser reaction - adding to the favourites in this case.I was refreshing, and logged out. Yesterday these shortcuts were working fine. My Safari is up to date.Any ideas what caused this and is there a way to make it efficient again?  

Once the app is submitted, how long does it take to review it?

Hi, my name is Polina I have been using Miro for some time now and decided to buy a subscription for 96$ per year. We pay in September, but on February 27th the charge came due 468.41$ and it's wrong. I generally want to exclude team members and add only viewers. Please refund the amount and charge only $96 per year subscription fee as I need the money. I can't find an email from tech support. Please help me. Sorry for the inconvenience and I will pay more attention to this but please refund the extra amount. Thank you Polina

What is going on here? My name is Ruud Kool, not Kooo. On my Miro profile, it says Kool, and so it does in every place in the Miro tool.Except in Highlights emails, apparently it's drawing this name from some other data that I don't know how to access. Where is it getting Kooo?It's a mystery! 

I tried the application in Edge and Firefox, I also downloaded the app for Windows and when I want to press the space bar it selects the last tool I used. This is very uncomfortable and annoying because I can not use the app because I have a graphics tablet where I set the space on the pen to move on the board. I have read that another user had the same thing happen to him but I followed what they replied and there is no solution. Has anyone else had the same thing happen to them and have a solution? Edit: When I left the app to write this, I got a text that said reconnecting and it was solved, but I want to leave this message in case it serves as feedback to solve this bug.Edit 2: I used the app again and it doesn't work 

When I use the keyboard shortcut in Miro’s doc object to turn a line into a checkbox item (cmd+opt+6) the item shows as checked and I need to uncheck it.This breaks flow when I convert a bunch of lines at once since I then need to play an “uncheck the series of small boxes” mini-game to make sure incomplete items don’t accidentally get left marked complete.

Our app (ID 3074457347393893408) is in the state “Submitted” since months. I don’t recall as ever getting a message about it.We’re can’t resubmit it with updated content again (this gives 422 error in DevTools).

However, when I try to renew, it requires me to pay for three members, but I only need two.Initially, last year, I subscribed to a plan with three members, but later I reduced it to two. In a Miro board, a Kanban board is being used where cards can be moved between columns and rows. After inserting a new Kanban board, moving the cards works fine initially.However, when the entire Kanban board is resized to a smaller size, the cards shrink accordingly. If cards are then moved to another column, they do not adjust correctly to the column width. Instead, they become unexpectedly larger and extend beyond the column boundaries on the left and right.Once the Kanban board is enlarged back to its original size, the display corrects itself, and the cards fit properly within the columns again. This issue only occurs when the board is in a reduced size and cards are moved.This behavior occurs in the desktop app (Windows and Mac), in the browser (Chrome and Safari), and in the iOS app (iPad). Interestingly, this issue only affects me and does not occur for other users in our team. Additionally, it is limited to this specific team—when using my personal team, the issue does not app

Why can I no longer copy from excel and paste into an existing MIRO table. Only option to create a new table

As is i want to use Rive ( https://rive.app ) to embed interactive elements and animations on Miro.That works fine with published files.But alas autoplay isnot supported as is and the big Miro ‘eye’ prevents direct playback.A bit of searching in the CSS of my board i noticed these CSS-styles to change/activate the iframe.<div class="dom-layout iframe-active" data-testid="domLayout-0" style="display: block; width: 796px; height: 385px; font-size: 0px; pointer-events: all; ></div>Whereas the inactive iframe looks like this…<div class="dom-layout" data-testid="domLayout-0" style="display: block; width: 796px; height: 385px; font-size: 0px; pointer-events: none;Clearly the only thing happning is an extra class “iframe-active” and the pointer-events changing from ‘none’ to ‘all’.Is it possible to override these CSS lines and ensure my embeds autoplay and are active when i want/need that ? 

For a couple of days when editing a mind map the return key not only creates a sibling node as intended but also creates a new line which screws up the layout.Here I typed “Sibling1” Return “Sibling” Shift+Return “2” Return “Sibling3”.I use Miro on Windows 11 in Firefox.Is this a bug or am I doing anything wrong?

Hello, dear Miro community. I wanted to recieve business plan for Ukrainians. Unfortunately when I already left my card number on the site and so on, I received an email latter “welcome to your trial period”, but I don’t have it in the app, I don’t have any changes. Please, help me, I don’t want to pay money when I don’t have anything 

As title: If you put your contents in layer, try to search them will crash the entire Miro board Anyone experience the same? If it is, hopefully the dev team fix the bug. I post here just to let the dev team know the problem. I has tested several time and 100% crash when trying to search anything after organized contents into different layer.

When I log into Miro, I find that after deleting files, I can't find the boards anywhere anymore. They used to be found in the trash. 

Boards from two accounts merged into one. I decided to check if the board would be deleted from another account if I deleted it on the first one. As a result, she left. How to restore it now

Я вчера подключила тариф Starter. По тому как я поняла у меня должна была быть возможность иметь неограниченное количество досок, которые я бы могла редактировать. Но у меня получается редактировать только 3. И оповещении говорится, что я должна повысить тариф чтобы редактировать больше досок. На данный момент я потеряла доступ к редактированию важных мне досок и у меня не получается.
