Recent changes have wrecked one of my use cases. I want to be able to record videos of moving objects around to precise locations, with no visual clutter–Just the object and my cursor. First problem: The recent “snap to grid” changes have given a grid that is too fine - objects snap to the nearest 0.25 square, as opposed to, you know, the actual grid.Having too fine a grid defeats the purpose of having snap-to-grid, as I’m now constantly compensating for the quarter square thing. It’s forcing me to aim carefully instead of just getting on smoothly with the video.Second problem: Objects that I’m moving are now highlighted with a grey border–More visual clutter. I just want to grab that object and move it, I don’t want any borders or alignment guides to appear in the video. Can we have an option that turns the border off, please?

I have a very large number of boards, and it would be very helpful to be able to sort these boards into folders for better organization.

My workshop participants are getting a pop up saying their board access will be revoked in 24 hours  - can you let me know what conditions I need to meet so that they do not see this and can use the board freely without having to sign in or see the pop up? I do not want them to have to sign in just to be clear. Thanks for helping in advance!!  

You cannot cancel a plan and you cannot open a request or contact support because the login to the help center site doesn’t work. Writing this for proof of attempt to cancel.

 Hello!I’m hoping someone can give me some clarification on this please? I am currently halfway through a virtual programme with multiple modules on different days however, today I have received 3 email notifications saying 3 different participants have been denied access to 3 different boards and have requested to join my company’s Miro team in order to gain access. For GDPR, I have blanked out the person’s email address but we have identical emails for 3 different people in the same organisation.They have used multiple boards up until now and have not run into this issue but I am told they were able to use the boards in question with no problem so I am wondering 1. Why has this happened? and 2. Is there a way we can avoid this happening again?The participants taking part are not within my organisation so I’m unsure if th

Hello , My personal Board was transformed to a normal board and now i cannot edit it , even if i have no other boards in my workspace. how can i proceed ?

For some reason I can’t use the expand button on cards anymore to see the description area. Worked fine last week but now it just stopped working.I’ve been trying to find a solution, but nothings worked so far.  I’m also struggling with the fact tha tmy middle mouse button no longer open up links like it used to. I now have to double click the text, press the edit link key and then copy/paste the link into the searchbar. It was the same thing as the problem above. One day it worked fine and the next it just stopped working.  Both of the problems have been tested on multiple computers and hardware. 

How do I make the background of mindmap nodes white?I added semi-transparency backgrounds to my mindmap because I want to highlight and name different sections of it, but this makes the text less readable. I wanted to fix this by making the background of the nodes white, but I don’t see a way to do this. Should I be using a different map?

Hi Miro people, I have an issue with my planner(program board) in miro.I can create one and it does load my jira stories when I select my miro board. But when I try to change the column field I get the error message: Failed to load column fields try again.I tried over and over, but it does not work. Same error message I get in the Add swimlanes dropdownHope you can help me, since I really like this planner and it is really beneficial for our team Kind regards, Linda

Hi. I’m sorry for the question. I’m trying too use Miro but a lot of the functions are not available. I know that I have to pay for them. But I heard that for the ucrainians they are for free now. How can I use all the functions for free if its possible. Thanks a lot

I’ve used Miro in the past when I was invited to collaborate on another company’s board. I would like to create my own boards and use Miro for my company, but I’m not able to do so because when I log in I get a message that says “Join teams to access boards” and the only option is “Ask to join”. I don’t want to join a team with the company that I collaborated with before, but I can’t see an option to remove myself from their teams or their account. Please help!

As you can see in the screenshot, for some reason after the latest windows update that added the weather to task bar, my miro board is to blurry to use. I can’t read any text without zooming in until it’s nearly all that’s on the screen. It wasn’t always this blurry, but we have a game due on Tuesday and I can’t access anything on the board! lmao. I looked around thinking that it might be a graphics/performance issue, but I couldn’t quickly find anyone else with the issue of the entire screen being blurry.  I doubt that anyone will come in with a solution before my work is due but I hope that if a solution does come about, someone else will find it helpful.

Is it possible to give those logging into MIRO a notification of certain text. It might contain into at times like “An update is coming” or “Be aware that the MIRO feature blah blah blah is not working”

I am collaborating on a board with another user and that user has added ALT text to an image but I am not able to see the ALT text. I am an editor of the board and I activated Miro Assistant but I still don’t see the text. Screenshots of what the other user sees versus what I see. 

Hi All,I’m having to use a company laptop which is tiny. So I’m connecting it to my second monitor but its changing the alignment.Any ideas how I can sort this?TIA :) 

I created a bunch of objects and then added them to a frame with a custom size. Later I changed one frame size to A4, and then the one next to it to A4 as well. One is larger in size than the other one. I thought A4 would have been a fixed frame size. Instead, it appears that it is a ratio. See the example below:  

I recently started using Miro for organizing brainstorms etc.Earlier today, everything worked just fine. Now, I can’t work on my boards because the toolbars aren’t showing (screenshot). I can not add anything (except my copying and pasting already created pieces). How can I solve this? Thanks in advance!

Previously I would use Google Slides embed code to insert as an iframe on a Miro board without issue. The presentation would flow (whether as “expand to full screen” or “source”: the two view options in the Miro tool bar) as if from within Google slides. However, since last week, my newly added presentations (not necessarily newly created) presentation do not respect the motion options set in the Google Slides file. As expected, I have build ups: objects appearing depending on the mouse click. Now, once the inicial object is activiate, all other objects appear as well. (The iframed presenations from two months ago still work as expected. It seems just the recently added ones reflects this behavior.)  Not sure were the cause is: Miro or our Google Workspace account. I’m using windows 11 and Miro with Edge, we are experiencing very bad interaction because of the feature named “copilot”Everytime I try to edit some object on the board it opens an annoying button saying “edit with copilot” the diagram can’t be edited and I can’t continue the job.Any suggestions on how to disable that feature? I’m inside a corporation so edit the register is out of question.
