When I work on my boards they consistently have stuttering or freezing issues which prevents me from working for about 4 seconds. I have changed iPads, worked on completely blank boards, reset devices, cleared cookies, etc. 

Is there anyone on the Miro side of things that could take a look at this? I have had this problem for months and have been consistently told that it’s a problem on my side of things, but at this point I think I have addressed everything.

Sorry to hear about the lagging and stuttering issues on your Miro boards. Since you've already tried switching devices, blank boards, and clearing cookies, here are a few more things that might help:

  •  A slow or unstable connection can cause lag. Try switching networks or using a wired connection if possible.
  • If you're using the iPad app, try Miro in a browser (Safari/Chrome) to see if performance improves.
