Hello Miro Support Team,I’m contacting you because a feature I regularly relied on has stopped working in the Miro iPad app.I used to open Photos and Miro side by side using Split View and drag images directly onto my boards. This workflow worked before, but it no longer does.Device details:iPad Air 11-inch (M2) iPadOS 26.6.1 Miro app version 3.25.30241403Troubleshooting already performed:Tested dragging images from Photos into the Miro app. Tested dragging images from Safari into Miro. Tested Miro both in the native app and in Safari. Sent a screen recording showing the issue in my previous support chat.I understand that editing and drag-and-drop may be limited in Safari on iPad. However, my main concern is that the feature stopped working in the native Miro app as well.Could you please confirm whether drag-and-drop from Photos into the Miro iPad app is currently supported? If it is, I would appreciate a technical investigation into why it no longer works on my device. Please escalate

Hi everyone,I was recently charged around 96 usd for a Miro subscription, but my account is still showing the Free plan and I don't have access to the paid features.Has anyone experienced something similar?I would like to get a full refund, since I was charged but the paid subscription does not appear to be active on my account.I have already contacted Miro Support about this but I am afraid I won’t get a refund...

Hi Miro Support Team,I am writing to request assistance with regaining access to my Miro boards and migrating them to my current university account.I previously had an educational account registered with my former university email addresS. Because I have transferred to another university, my previous student email has been permanently deactivated by the institution.Currently, I cannot log in because the system requires a verification code sent to that defunct email. All my academic projects and design boards are stored within that account.Could you please assist me in migrating my boards or updating the primary email address on that account to my new university email?

I am the owner of the MIRO blackboard at the Science and Technology Museum in Milan.Until some time ago I was able to upload files from my Google Drive (ilabsistemi@gmail.com) without problems, but now I can't do it anymore: when I try, the error message “403. That's an error. We're sorry, but you do not have access to this page. That's all we know."I tried to follow the instructions of the Help Center step by step (https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017731253-Google-Drive), but without appreciable results :-(Best regardsEnrico

Hi everyone, I have a started monthly plan with two licenses, but Miro charged me $432USD for ‘unused time.’ I have reached out to them twice since I was charged but I still haven’t received a response from Miro. I’m incredibly disappointed that they are not taking my case seriously and haven’t provided any way to contact them except for submitting a ticket that as of now, has been unanswered for over 24 hours now.  @Miro Community Team@Miro Support Team

Hello Miro Community Team,I am following up on my application for the Miro Education Plan as an educator.I am a public-school teacher employed by the Secretaria de Estado de Educação do Distrito Federal (SEEDF) in Brasília, Brazil. My institution does not provide me with an individual institutional educational email address, so I am unable to complete the standard Education Plan application form.I originally posted my request in the designated Education Plan thread on September 17, 2026, and I also posted a follow-up on September 22, but my case has not yet been converted into a support ticket.I can provide an official government-issued payslip confirming my current employment and teaching position at SEEDF.Could you please convert this request into a support ticket so that I can submit my employment documentation privately for manual verification? My Miro account is currently registered using my personal email address.Thank you very much for your assistance.Mateus MedeirosPublic-school

How much time does it take approve student education plan?  It's been over a week now and I have uploaded all the required documents, but the student plan is not activated. Please help.

Dear Miro Support Team,I hope this message finds you well.First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the platform you have built. Miro has become an essential part of my work, and its interactive features and smooth user experience make it, in my opinion, one of the best tools for visual collaboration.I am an English and math tutor, and I teach children from Ukraine. Despite the challenges of the ongoing war, I am committed to giving my students a high-quality education, and Miro plays a vital role in my lessons.I have been a paying subscriber because I genuinely enjoy your services. Recently, however, I learned about the remarkable support Miro has offered to Ukrainians and to people in education, and I was truly moved by this act of kindness. I would like to politely ask whether there is an option for tutors from Ukraine to apply for a free subscription under such a program, and whether I could be considered. If this is possible, I would be grateful for your guidan

Hi,Is there a way to stop the invasion of messages in Miro promoting AI? I know force feeding this tech is a strategy Google uses with Gemini, but it would be great to be able to click on a button to stop these messages. Right now, I can only click on “Not now” and have the message displayed again later.Or am I missing something?

Love using Miro,I know we can export to excel, however is there a way to convert a mind map to an outline editable text view? Like how transno can convert list view into a mind map and vice versa.

Greetings,I have some complex and very big mind maps I want to import into Miro (otherwise Miro is pretty limited so far for me, if I can’t to import my old works). Is it possible to import such mind maps?I use MindNode, so I’m allowed to export to Markdown, text, OPML, csv (among the usual formats).Any workaround to suggest?TNX!

I’m thinking of upgrade to starter plan, but even I create a new paid team in which I’m the only user, the minimum member available is 2.I only want to pay for myself, and there’s no other member. Is there a way to adjust member while upgrading?

The fact that Miro removed all paid plans for individual users is just very strange. The fact that all users who work individually have to pay double of what they paid in previous years is unbelievable. Imagine a 100% increase in costs, everyone would walk away… Please bring back paid plans for single users.Opinions anyone? :)

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but Mirror is making me pay for two members when there is only myself in the workspace. I was really wanting to use this software, but now I'm going to have to look at finding alternatives. Is anyone aware of how this can be resolved, or is this something that Miro is able to help me with? ThanksKrish

Hi All,  I’ve been using the free plan for a short time. I use it to visualize and modify my own brain mapping and process flow layouts. I will never have another user within my account since I am using it as a tool for myself.  I’m looking to get more than the 3 boards the free plan allows. I noticed that the standard paid plan is for 2 users. Is there way to get the standard plan, but only pay for one user? It looks like if I subscribe to the standard plan, without using the second user, I will be paying twice as much for my user.  I know there are other tools, I just like this platform. Thank you,Bill

Dear Miro team, I use Miroboard in my classroom at school but there is something that is rendering the website unusable for me. Every time I try to log in, the website sends a link to my email for me to be able to sing in. This consistently takes 2-3 minutes of waiting for the email to show up in my inbox. even 1 minute is too much in a classroom of more than 30 students who are waiting to see the board. can you PLEASE add the feature of being able to sing in normally with a password or 2FA? Being able to preserve the same board for all my different classrooms saves valuable time to start the lesson. teaching is already hard enough. please help.Looking forward to hearing from you.
