While diagramming, I wanted to put text above a connection line between two objects instead of in the middle of the line. When doing this, however, it adds a bullet point either above or below the line like below. As a user, I don’t want to always have a bullet point in the middle of my line. There should be a way to toggle the bullet point More flexibility into the already flexible diagramming tool would be amazing!
ボード上に複数のロックオブジェクトが存在する場合、現状は個々にロック解除するかすべてのロックを解除するかのどちらかです。指定した範囲にあるオブジェクトのロックを解除できるようにしてほしい。
I would like the ability to EMBED a board into another board as a frame.Just like I can PASTE an image, PDF or PPT file which remains linked, or use Web Page Capture. This would allow me to Link work across multiple boards.Other ideas:Pasted board would remain linked, unless broken (becomes a copy).Clicking an embedded board would open that board normally.
Hi, for new users is there any chance to access 1 account with same email + password credentials from 2 different laptops? Thanks
Right now you can only save one board password. If you would open another board that also has password protection, password managers will ask to “update” the password - which would make you lose the previous password.
I would like to see Miro develop an enhancement where objects in Talktrack recordings are visible as they are being placed, ensuring an interactive experience. This way, participants can follow the object placement in real-time during playback. If you've encountered this issue and have any tips or solutions, your insights would be greatly appreciated.
Currently the revision history of each board shows month, day, and time. For some reason, it does not display the year. Showing proper dating of revision history helps with teams that need to onboard new members to a project. Having the year would allow new members to independently understand and map out the history of a project. This seems like an easy to implement effort.
Our team has a paid account. We are working with another team that has a paid account. I’d love to give that team access to a project we’ve set up so they can view all the boards within the project. Thanks :)
I used Miro building requirements engineering for different industries, usecase and business requirements that differ from every other available business usecases. I build event storming and persona mapping models for recording project requirements in detail. This can be an inclusion into Miro templates giving Business Analysts and Product owners an insight of what business events or features distributed by personas can there be while building or scoping out a project. I'm already contributing but in my own capacity.
I would love to see an integration of Font Awesome’s icons.Sometimes you need colored icons and currently it is not very easy to get them into Miro. Font Awesome provides their icons as SVG file format which could be edited easily.
There is currently no ability to export the content of an ER Diagram, not even to basic text, csv, etc. The preference would be generating the SQL to create the table(s), but I would be satisfied in the short term if you simply let me export the table name and column definitions. At least then I could use the Miro ER Diagram tool and get some value out of it by parsing the exported data to generate the SQL on my own.The current state of the ER Diagramming tool leaves us with pretty documentation that doesn’t fit with our software development life cycle and quickly becomes out dated. For more detail you may reference this idea: https://community.miro.com/ideas/import-export-dbml-files-for-db-structure-13734 It’s been in the wish list for more than a year without any input from anyone from Miro, which is why I am creating a new topic and asking for a far more simplified solution.
Miro should scan the data and files that the costumers upload on the Boards (like a Virus Scan)
When attempting to open a password protected board, the board name is not visible to the user – happening to me in both a browser and Miro desktop app. This creates a challenge for someone who only knows passwords by the board name, and not the link/URL.From the desktop app: From a browser: Workaround until a solution is delivered is to store the board link with the password, and just the board name...If you find yourself in the desktop app and cannot see the board link, you should still be able to copy it to your clipboard from the “Enter the password” prompt by using the keyboard short: Ctrl/Cmd-Shift-L. Then, search your list of stored passwords by the board ID in the link, e.g.,:For example, in this link:https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVsxxxeKpseI=/?share_link_id=335394The board ID is: uXjVsxxxeKpseI=
Hi,It would be fantastic to have Talktrack available on Microsoft Teams App (recording or viewing). This is something essential for us as we use Teams as our Hub for all employees and have there all other info regarding the projects. Thanks,Francisco
It would be much more organized for me if I could merge the tabs of my open boards in the miro app
Just as Milanote creates boards inside of other boards and Notion creates pages inside of pages, it would be a great feature to be able to create Miro boards inside of other boards. Another idea complementary to this would be to create easily accessible links to other boards and being able to open them beside the current board. This is a great feature both in Notion and Obsidian, which open pages beside the one that’s already on display. This would require the boards to load faster, but it would allow for different uses for Miro and a whole new way to take notes and build a second brain.
One text size for all, really. Sounds like Lord of the rings…When I create a board and then copy content from other boards or add new shapes, text sizes get mixed up. Text size seem to be relative to currently added shapes. A size 12 text should be size 12 anywhere on the miro canvas. As in word size 12 is size 12 everywhere.
Hello I would love it if you could add a hotkey for opening frames as I would like to easily jump between my frames instead of dragging the canvas. I think the simplest way could be doing shift + F to open the frames menu and then allowing hotkeys 1,2,3, etc.. to your frames in their descending order. Thank you for taking the time to read this request!
