Id like to be able to set the size a shape by typing in numbers

When Im creating diagrams I often want to set a series of boxes to the same size to make it look neat.  I currently do this by individually dragging each box to size. 

Id rather be able to select the boxes or shapes, set a height and width, all the boxes then are set to the size I created.
