    Preserve text formatting when copy-pasting within the board (color, bold, italics)Open

    Right now copy & paste of text within Miro destroys its formatting.For example:Write in a Miro text box and add formatting (bold, italics, colour) Copy & paste the text into the same or another text box  This is very annoying as I have to re-do the formatting every time I separate parts of or duplicate the text.I propose that formatting is preserved when you copy and paste text within Miro.

    QR Sticky not able to place empty stickyOpen

    Hi, @Product developtment team. When using the QR sticky note feature, it is not possible to add an empty sticky note… Should be an easy fix. This should be possible When it is currently done, you are stuck in a loading spinner and have to backout and back in. At least throw an error or gracefully fail.

    Reset connection linesOpen

    Situation: there are many connected objects and lines between them. As the number of grouped objects and lines increase, it might be nessecary to move groups of objects around and the customized line ‘flow’ does no longer fit into a logical path. If one could reset the connecting lines to its simplest form, that would be useful so that you don’t need to individually change all the lines to fit the new setup.

    IMAGE RESIZEROpen

    Is there going to be an app tool replacer for the “Image Resizer”? It’s not the same as selecting a group of images and matching height or width because if you do that you don’t know what size they are going to be - I assume it’s an avg of them all. The Image Resizer allowed you to select one image for the base height or width THEN change all other images to that precise measurement.

    Login Function infront of a BoardOpen

    Hey ! Day by Day I am having Issues because I am logged out and click on a Board link. I need to either put in the Board password and be a guest, or I need to go to the Miro Page and log me in.Can there please be at least a button for navigating to the login page ?Best RegardsTim

    Timer with done indicatorOpen

    It would be a nice option if you could say that you’re done when a timer is running (same as with voting). If everyone is done early, we can stop the timer and move on to the next phase in the meeting.

    Miro thumbnails - default should be none or something basicOpen

    thumbnails interfere with reading the board title. default should be no thumbnail or a basic one. Each time i create a new board, miro gives it a different thumbnail.  Reading my list of boards and finding the right one is confusing.Look at how notion.io does it.  You create a new page and the default is a plain page icon - no color, no illustration.Thus the titles of the board stand out instead of this stupid icon.see 1min loom i made. sorry for frustration. i like miro its just they do some things from a UI perspective that drives me absolutely nuts.

    Hi,If possible, implementing group text highlighting on the entire map or in a selected area would be a great tool for transparency and highlighting and distinguishing essential content and keywords.An example that clearly shows what I mean:The "Auto Highlight" extension can be added to the Chrome browser, which automatically changes the color of predefined words and significantly increases efficiency, I keep my focus while interpreting the text, instead of the "search" function, I have the keywords immediately.Regards,Miklos :)

    View "Child Issue" hierarchy on Jira integrated boardsOpen

    Jira integration into Miro is great, and can be improved to be even better!As a team owner (many hats) I would like to be able to view the hierarchy of my Epics and Tasks so that they may be triaged and prioritised appropriately.While it is possible to use “is caused by” or similar links to create Dependencies, this requires duplication of an already existing relationship (Child/Parent).Ideally, the enabling/disabling of the hierarchical relationships would be separate to the existing “Dependencies” option within Miro.As a stretch goal, it would be nice if, given an Initiative, Miro can recursively build the project out based on the Parent hierarchy. Many thanks.

    Pen tool 'remembering' last settings usedOpen

    It would be really useful for me if the Pen kept the previous ‘settings’ from the last time I used it in the file. Specifically I would want the pen to keep the thickness and colour from the last thing I drew. Some considerations (that may be unique to me):I adjust the thickness after I have drawn something, so it would be ideal if it was set to that state. Adjusting colour also happens after using it as well, so remembering that colour would be great.At the moment it defaults back to black narrow when using the P shortcut Alternatively having a setting on the colour/thickness presets would be useful. For example the green preset is exactly what I want thickness wise, but ideally automatically in a different colour : Cheers!Vigz

    We have an idea we’re calling the Miro Sandpit:The concept involves creating a board with an activity for potential customers to engage with. Customers would click a link (hosted on our website) that directs them to the board to complete the activity and explore Miro’s functionality before registering for one of our classes, which also uses Miro.Here’s the key requirement:We’d like the board to reset to its original state for each new user who accesses it, ensuring every visitor has a fresh activity experience.Is there a way to configure Miro to do this automatically?

    Hi,I like the concept of the note panel; I would like to try using it as an ongoing place to record meeting notes. To do this, I would need to enter a time/date stamp at each meeting’s section heading.Another option I use all the time in Quip is using an @ mention. I can write, @today,  @tommorow, @specificdate, or @date (and a date picker will come up).Thanks,Marc

    Ability to downgrade user licensesOpen

    This could be done in one of two ways:First would be the ability to downgrade a users license from Full to Free Restricted when their account is deactivated. This will prevent users from being reactivated as a Full license. I think this method would just be a blankey functionality that when a user is deactivated, their license is updated to Free Restricted.The second way this could be done is my adding another value in the UserType attribute in the SCIM provisioning capabilities. This would allow for us to upgrade/downgrade users without having to deactivate them.

    More Compact Mind Map - Adjustable Spacing / BufferOpen

    The automatic buffer zone around Mind Map items is far too large. It should be possible to both adjust this buffer zone and turn it off completely.To clarify I’m talking about when you move one Mind Map text box close to another and they automatically move themselves away like two same-pole magnets. That auto-spacing distance should be adjustable down to zero.

    The “Boards in this team” page is not practical from an admin perspective as boards which should be in projects can not be moved.Also multi-select to move or delete is not available, making “cleaning up” boards a pain for admins and non-admins alike.

    Enable compatibility for stylus buttons to work with drawingOpen

    Can you enable compatibility between Miro drawing features and stylus buttons. For example in OneNote, when drawing, the stylus has buttons which correspond to eraser and lasso selection. How can Miro enable that, without having to use the sidebar to swap to eraser or lasso?

    I find the rounded corners more appealing on a rectangle/square. However, as I increase the size of the rectangle, the rounded seems to take over a larger space. For example: I would prefer to see the rounded corners stay the same size no matter how big the rectangle is, similar to the way rounded corners look/behave on connection lines:

    Transparent Post-its and Post-its disable viewOpen

    Hello Miro!I really love using Miro and we indeed use it for everyday lifeBut as more and more collaborators leave post-its on my boards it's getting messier and messier and as it blocks the image below i cannot see anything. I just have 2 suggestionsis it possible to make half-transparent Post-its that i can see-through what's going on below? Is it possible to have 'disable' the post-its view, or even shape, lines as well (e.g., user jouney) when we want to just check the initial state? We already have comment view but post-its doesn't have this option as far as i know.Thank you!
