Miro’s functionality of changing the padding based on scale is not controllable and often ends up with unwelcome results. Would prefer if I can set the padding/margins per side of shape so that I can control the look and style of my drawings.
I want to be able to move the speech bubble point so I can be specific with who or what it is relating to.
I have set up a template of how to work with a customer across multiple boards in one space and would like to duplicate this space for another customer, so that I do not have to copy the boards individually.
For the Azure cards, we have two different ADO organizations (instances) I’d like to create a roadmap where I can have cards from each organization represented. I am not sure how to authorize the two instances in one board.
Hello,I would like to request the addition of Polish (Polski) to the list of officially supported languages for publishing templates in Miroverse. The Miro community in Poland is growing quickly across companies, schools, and project teams. Supporting Polish templates would: make Miroverse more accessible for non-English speakers, enrich the diversity of available content, and help strengthen Miro’s adoption in the Polish market. Currently, Polish is not listed in the publishing checklist as an accepted language. It would be very valuable to: add Polish to the accepted languages, allow labeling templates as available in Polish, and consider multi-language submissions (e.g. EN + PL in one template). Thank you for considering this idea!
Hey. Please, add one hotkey for the highlighter tool and three hotkey keys for the color palette. When working from a laptop and a graphics tablet, it is not very convenient to constantly access this toolbar. I want to click once and select it already. The Notability application is implemented like this: There's even a hotkey for the size.
🧩 Feature Request: Column Headings for Process FlowsMany process mapping tools like Visio, yEd, and Bizagi allow you to add column headings or swimlane labels above your process flows — and this feature would be a powerful addition to Miro.💡 What It SolvesWhen designing complex workflows or multi-department processes, we often use vertical swimlanes or columns to represent functions, systems, or stages. Currently, there’s no native way to label these columns clearly at the top, which forces users to add text boxes manually — an error-prone and inconsistent workaround.🚀 Why It Matters It improves readability and professionalism of process maps. Makes it easier for teams to align responsibilities across functions or systems. Saves time spent on manual alignment of headers when resizing or reorganizing flows. Enables Miro to match capabilities already standard in Visio, yEd, and Bizagi, making it more competitive for process design work. ✅ Suggested Implementation Allow users to add editable column headers at the top of frames or swimlanes. Headers should move and resize dynamically with the columns. Optionally, support color coding and text formatting for clarity. This small but meaningful improvement would make Miro significantly more useful for process analysts, product teams, and operations designers who rely on structured process visualization every day.
Comments attached to a shape on hidden layer should be hidden as well. But when you scale the board to 10-30% comments shown again.
Give us a damm free trial or something. Seriously that bloodsucking, that you won’t allow us some privacy without paying for it?!? I share a miro file with a friend, now their whole family has got it because you’ve gotta pay for privacy!? And IM getting darn notifications whenever they make a board!?
My specific use case:I’m actually creating user flows in Miro and import/sync mobile screen designs from Sketch App to the Miro board. Then I link from each of these synced screen designs to Zeplin (for the developers / measurements etc.) – Experienced this as a quite nice workflow!Only annoying point: Depending on the view zoom, the link buttons in the upper right corner are quite large and so cover content. There is actually no way to hide the link buttons (like “hide comments”) to have a cleaner and undisturbed view. PLEASE add a Hide “Link to” Button function!!! It is a general problem for several cases (actually all cases of the “Link to”) not just the my mentioned use case above. Thanks in advance! Best,Christophzoomed out the button covers a lot of the image zoomed in the button is – in relation – small and ok
Currently, Miro only supports date formats in a MMDDYYYY format. This is not a format widely used outside the US, most countries use DDMMYYYY or YYYYMMDD. Please could Miro either allow users to select adopt a preferred date format which suits their needs in settings, or derive the format from the user’s browser or system settings.
I’ve started to use Miro as a consultant with my clients during virtual workshops regularly. I have changing teams and set ups. When I introduce Miro to my clients I let them play around on, what I call, a jumpstart board. Some clients create their own boards. Now I am stuck with several boards not created by me, most of the boards are empty. The number of boards is starting to pile up under my all boards tab… How can I delete a board not owned by me, but created by a client with a guest pass during a session? Thank you.
Please add an option to approve guests before they can access the boards via guest-links.Otherwise guest links can leak and unwanted guests can access board data
It would be nice if the spellchecker app also worked inside grids. At the moment my workflow is copying the text out of the grid into a text component, or the reverse order.Cheers, and keep up the great work 👍
Hello team, Would it be possible to have a rectangular shape text box (editable with font and colours), that would open to read more, or collapse back up to read less.I have a Flow of activities with boxes with titles linked by arrows. The titles are not always self explanatory and would necessitate to have more information in there, but I don’t want to take away from the sober visualisation of the flow with just the titles. Having these boxes that can open to read more, would help. Thank you, Larissa
I would like to request integration with the Business Map tool so that the product team can integrate US and Epics with Miro, roadmap planning, etc.
Hi Miro Team, As a mind map user, I want to add a note (comment) to a mind map nodes so that I can add description to it.Also ability to show and hide the notes in each node will be helpful. This feature will help to have a clean mind map node and any additional details hidden in a notes.
Allow for subtasks within Table structure that can be expanded/minimized with under parent task.
Dear Team, I was trying to build a low-fi wireframe based on my concept and research data using AI in Miro. I didn’t find any easy way to do it. In fact I could create some wireframe but they are cluttered image. Why can’t we simply the option to build wireframes? Well, Figma is developing the HTML, reach JS and angular. Why can’t Miro make it easy to build wireframes through AI. Can we discuss? Why can’t we make it Agentic AI? Regards,Swaraj
I love Grids in Miro and have used them for 5 years for my video agency. Now work as PMM and need Miro AI to generate GRIDs also. Tables are slow and I hate the, no ability to. add picturesTHis is how I do visual representation (storyboard) for my videos. I need Miro AI create the Grids also, not only tables.See? I drop pictures inside the Grid and it is so flexible and amazing tool! Been using it for 5 years!
