    Workfront integrationOpen

    Adobe Workfront is an online work management solution, similar to Jira. I believe Workfront is the leading work management tool used by internal creative departments globally, so plenty of users!It would be great to be able to move content, like agile cards and process maps, back and forth between Miro and Workfront, or push whiteboard frames/content as PDFs/images into Workfront and attach them to specific project or task objects.

    Hello, I would like to hover over a line and to be shown what’s at the other end. This could be a preview of the text contained within the sticky at the other end, or possibly a ‘picture in picture’ preview of that sticky. I would like to be able to tap on the preview and have the board recentre there. We use Miro a lot to map out software features using sticky notes. We then connect sticky notes with lines, to show dependencies, etc. When you have lots of stickies and lots of long, long lines, it’s awkward to find out what’s at the other end of the line - especially when you have to scroll the board.

    Timer: subtract time while runningOpen

    In short: add the ability to adjust a timer downwards while it’s running ProblemI sometimes run into the issue that I’ve set a timer for a certain amount of time, but while it’s running I realize I’ve made a mistake, I need to speed up or participants take less time than I expected. But I can only adjust the timer upwards in 1 or 5 minute increments, but adjusting it downwards is impossible without stopping the timer completely.  SuggestionExpand the current adjustment options (time + n) for the timer with negative (time - n) values. Or maybe an option to choose between add or remove time, with a dropdown of preselected values (1, 2, 5 min.)

    When adding objects adjacent to others there should be guidelines for spacing in addition to the horizontal and vertical guidelines that show if you’re “in line” with the center of other objects.

    Change cursor - instant reactions for effective team collaborationDelivered

    THE ABSTRACT It would be a game-changer for online workshops if users’ could display their instant reactions inside the board in real-time.   THE PROBLEM When managing workshops with multiple collaborators online it is pretty hard to get feedback from all of them at once on any subject. Some time ago ZOOM introduced “meeting reaction” that allowed quick and easy asking for vote, fast  voting, checking status from all of users: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360038311212-Meeting-reactions Unfortunately at Miro it is not that simple. One can make workaround - ask people to drag some objects to their avatars, but you need to organize tools, personal space and distract from current task.   THE (POSSIBLE) SOLUTION What if any user could “send” its state of mind / readiness / instant reaction with a blink of an aye? And, in modern world, is there any better way to send reaction than with emoji?   For fast accesibility and not breaking the current navigation, it could be under right-click for every user, something like:   In miro you “avatar” is not a video feed, but your cursor with a name sticked to it. So what if instant emotion changed your cursor - it will be seen exactly where you currently are and at the place you currently work:   The cursor might be changed for approximately 10 seconds or so, and then turn back to its normal state.     Possible other options: ability to pick any of emoji library ability to extend time of change

    Return to previous zoom levelOpen

    When looking at complex boards in a zoomed out overview mode I will often click on an object and then use CTRL-2 to zoom in to see that object in more detail.  It would be good if there was a keyboard shortcut (on pc, mac etc) and/or a button (for tablet, phone, etc) to take me back to the previous zoom level so I could jump back to the overview.

    Hello, In order to simplify maintenance between JIRA and story map on Miro it could be interesting to consider two things :To give the possibility to link steps with epics, by doing that it means if I make change in JIRA or in Miro then my items will be in the right epics/steps.  To give the possibility to link Activities and Feature for the same reason.All these to keep a good overview (the same one) between JIRA and the story map in Miro. Today it’s a manual operation and it tooks an incredible amount of discipline and time to the scrum team. And it often lead to errors.

    Reference objects (Elements, Groups, Frames) from other boardsOpen

    I want to be able to view objects (singular elements, grouped objects, and frames) from other boards in a board, and have them update as the object is changed in the source board. Ideally, I’d also like to be able to edit them from the board where they are referenced, but viewing is the minimum.This idea is similar: https://community.miro.com/wish-list-32/copy-objects-by-reference-instance-1008but I read it as referencing objects within the same board.USE CASEMy company uses our own modified version of UML. We have a legend that describes what each element, arrowhead, etc. represents. I would like to be able to display this in all of our UML documents, and have it update if we ever change our standards.PRIORITYIt is not blocking, but having it would make things a lot easier, and I think there are a lot of use cases for it.POSSIBLE SOLUTIONSRight now, we have to copy the legend into each document where it is used, and remember to copy it over again if it ever changes in any document.If including a link to a Miro board in a Miro board created a preview frame similar to the Confluence component you provide, that would meet our needs as well, even if it is read only

    Hi Could we have a regex-based find that looks inside imports containing text (eg pdf and ppt) and highlights with a selectable colour please - of course a way to turn of the highlight would also be good :)   Thnx

    Password Protection by Default when sharing public boardsDelivered

    Hey :) The suggestion is to have an option to set any board shared via link (as a Public Board) to require password protection. Right now we rely on board owners remembering to add a password when sharing, which is prone to human error and share public links with Guest instead of password protected ones.  This could either be:Default password protection required when sharing board through public link for all Miro users + option to skip password Admin toggle option to require password protection for boards shared publicly What do you think? Would this be helpful to you as well?

    Hi 👋It would be awesome to select a bunch of sticky notes and apply random available colors to them in one click.The workaround right now is to manually select a color for each one or one color to several of them.Thanks! 😃

    Hi!We create a tremendous amount of structured documents in asciidoc.I’d love to be able to import/export those structured documents with Miro.Perhaps as mindmaps?  Perhaps as cards?  Any other relevant Miro features to integrate asciidoc with?

    Downloading Miro board items in orderOpen

    We use the download to CSV option for Miro board frequently, specifically for post-session theming and summarizing.When downloading a Miro board to a CSV, it would be awesome to group stickies that are the same colours, in the CSV file.

    Convert extracted PDF to Image and allow croppingOpen

    I work with a lot of social work assessment tools, and we part out training PDF’s, and frequently we just need one small section of a PDF page.  My normal process is to upload the pdf, extract all pages, and then delete pages not relevant (generally about 70%), and then I’d like to crop to draw attention to just one point.  I’m using sticky notes and pasting in the text with arrows to the original now, but it’s less than ideal to have “massive” PDF pages when a small section is all that’s needed.   (Side note, a highlighter tool for PDF text could be a potential work around)

    I want to tap the blue arrow spawn dot on an object and if I tap blank space have it create a blank clone of that object attached by an arrow. Currently it just creates an arrow to nowhere or connects to an existing object.

    Return to Previous Function after "Shift"Open

    Hello! The issue:I use Miro for educational purposes, utilizing the pen tool to draw on worksheets as well as to write out lecture notes. I noticed that the “shift” button automatically exits the pen tool and activates the select tool. This is a bit of an issues as “shift + scroll” is the shortcut for horizontal scrolling. Therefore, if a user would like to use the pen tool while navigating horizontally, they either have to reselect the pen tool after every navigation, or utilizing the “left” and “right” keys which navigate VERY slowly. The proposed solution:When utilizing the shift key, Miro should automatically return the user to the previously used function, whether that be pen, shapes, stickies, etc. This added function will not affect the original use of the shift tool for multi-selection since the function will return to the “select” function if that was the last active function. I hope that this isn’t too difficult to implement. I think it is a very important feature as it will affect almost every user’s workflow - navigation is central to working with any Miro board. Thanks for your time and for the amazing product!

    Little improvement: allow to open boards from search results in new tabDelivered

    Hi there!When I'm getting ready for a meeting I usually need to open several boards (usually 2-3 and sometimes even more).It’s a pain when I search needed board and then trying to open it in new tab with Command+Click but it opens in the current tab.So I need to open miro.com again and search another board and so on...

    Toggle blue connection dotsOpen

    I wish I could turn on and off the blue connector dots. They tend to get in the way when I am trying to select or resize objects, especially when zoomed out. I feel like I’m always accidentally starting a connection line instead of moving or selecting objects.

    Board count summary + count for selected areaOpen

    Hi,I wish to be able to see counts of the objects in a board, at least stickies, and related statistics. Currently, I can do this only manually or in excel after downloading data from miro (It requires stickies rearragment, excel cleanup and overall, it’s time consuming). I would like to see counts on the level of board, but mostly for selected area. Example: I do mapping of feedback from focus groups. I need to tell story from verbatim also in quantitative perspective, like how many people said this and that, provide % of entire audience, etc. Therefore, at least. I would like to see how many users mentioned topic #2, subtopic #4. So if I select related area in board, I d like to see quick summary from stickies immediately in board itself.Please support it. It would be so helpful for our team.P.S.: I love Miro, amazing job here! ;)BRMichaela

    Exporting frames from the "frames" buttonOpen

    Currently,if we want to export multiple frames, we have to hold + select them one by one from the board, and be mindful of only clicking the frames’ title. From the “frames” button (bottom left), we can navigate quickly to individual frames.Wish:From the “frames” button, we can also select the desired frames that we want to export — preferably through a checkbox.
