    Enable named votingOpen

    Voting is a dodgy way of decisionmaking at best, but anonymous voting is often even worse! In many workshops, not only the number of votes is relevant, but also or more so who voted for certain options. I understand that in some cases an anonymous vote might be better (although I can't think of many examples in a business setting). But named voting should be an otpion as well, if only because it will fecilitate discussion of the outcomes in many cases. So:allow users to toggle anonymous voting on and off make the names of the users visible with the votes

    Copy-paste option that results in the copies having links to the original objects (added automatically)Open

    Make it possible to copy-paste in a way that results in copies having links to the original objects already added (using 'link to' option). It could be using command+shift+v or a different keyboard shortcut. Bulk action would do wonders here. When we prioritize ideas based on a larger study we often lose the connection or would need to insert links manually, which is impossible when having a huge amount of cards / stickies. It would be very helpful to just click a link to see where the idea came from.

    Add device frame to any image with one clickOpen

    Hi.I would love to be able to select any image in Miro and click 'add browser frame' or 'add mobile frame' - and this would create a device wireframe around the selected imageThis means I could add device frames to my images without having to manually select the wireframe and resize the device for each image.Thanks!     Compile Function: Cards into DocumentsOpen

    Use Case: Compiling Technical Manuals, Policy Documents, Training Content, etc. Problem: Easily transition from brainstorming content in Miro, to layout, editing, and publishing in Word, Google Docs, Kindle, etc. Critical Nature: Have to exit Miro, and easy visualization and drag-&-drop manipulation of content layout and sequencing, to edit final content elsewhere. This leads to a lot of manual cutting and pasting. AND, it leads to content getting out of sync, because once out of Miro, you don’t want to keep coming back in every time you have a new idea, or re-sequence content.  There’s a dramatic loss of both creativity & productivity, across this divide.Possible Solution: Add a Compile function to the Frame’s context menu, for frames that include a sequenced set of Cards. It would Compile all the cards together, and Export them to a Save As document format of your choice (docx, Google Docs, ODF, Searchable PDF, etc).Also, that text editing toolbar that you are using in this Description box would be really fantastic. I have discovered key sequences work, but the menu bar is useful when you can’t remember any more than the basics. That, and expanding out the Headings hierarchy to match Word/Google Docs would allow for preliminary formatting prior to export -- which invites the option to select a set of Cards, and have them all use the same formatting.

    iPad: Get out of "edit mode" like on desktopOpen

    Hello there,I love, that there’s a proper Miro App for the iPad, but something that bugs me is the need to always use the two finger swipe to navigate a board. Most of the time, I work using the iPad app, I need it for a report or similar, where I only read the results from previous workshops, etc. On Desktop, when launching a board, you’re not in edit mode (→ The mouse cursor in the toolbar is not selected) and a click+drag navigates the board instead of moving objects. On iPad, I can’t do that, as I always start in edit mode.Can you allow to leave this mode by selecting the cursor icon in the toolbar, just like on desktop?Best regardsLeo

    Rectangles with no fill color (transparent) should be only selectable from the borderOpen

    I can’t reiterate how annoying it is to be clicking around to move and accidentally select a giant rectangle when it looked like I was clicking on the background grid. Selection and movement on rectangles with no fill color should only happen when you click on the stroke like every other app does, not on the transparent center.

    Miro - Trello Implementation - from the miro-siteOpen

    Hello, i know the Trello app is part of the app-marketplace but it offers me only a way if I use Trello to open miro inside a Trello task. I would like to see it the other way: Because of it’s graphical potential I’m a total fan of Trello -  I wish the implementation would go this way like I show it in my graphic:   This would give me much more flexibility instead of using the kanban tool. Or if this is not possible it would be perfect if you can boost up the kanban tool to Trellos potentials. Michael

    Inclusive select mode optionOpen

    Currently Miro only has an Exclusive selection mode so tat it only selects objects that are entirely within your selection area. It would be useful to be able to switch so that every object within your selection area is included.

    If I line up multiple items select them all and then drag over a table, it would be useful more often than not that they go into the individual cells they are aligned over.

    Version historyDelivered

    I am making manual backup of our boards once in a while. We have more than 100 boards, so it takes a lot of time, and as I am not the administrator of all boards, I need to ping other people to backup their boards. This is VERY tedious.  Instead of backup, I would prefer Version History. If I was able to see old versions of boards, then there would be no need for backup. A ‘Restore this version’ button would be nice, but I can live with copying the content if necessary.If there is a challenge with storage and performance because Miro saves changes individually, then consider bundling changes. A version stored every 10th or 30th minute would be sufficient. Then I will never loose that much work. I have read through the community posts and it looks like there are many users wishing for a better backup/version history solution. If this is a duplicate of another Idea, please let me know.

    Fix Zoom levels on BoardOpen

    Whenever we add new objects, specially frames, the zoom levels tend to automatically change. Hence we need to keep adjusting the size of the object. Many times, the objects on the board are hence placed with different sizes, some too small, some too large, as we adjusted the size of the object based on what we could see on the board. While collborating with the team, this cause a trouble as sometimes things are so small to read or too large to fit accurately on board.Can we fix the zoom level on the board and it not change automatically.

    Create the ability to import labels to images when importedOpen

    I am often importing wireframes that have filename that describe the page. I often have to type a label above each image, but I often have already gone through in adobe XD or sketch and named the artboards already This makes my job very redundant.I’d love the option to import text labels based on the file names when importing images. (similar to the adobe InDesign caption feature)

    Highlight connections when item is selectedOpen

    On a board that tries to visualise a lot of connections it gets messy, and actual connection are very hard to track. Suggestion: when selecting the element - highlight the connections - make them more visible. Something like this:

    Rich Text Note Option on Each Mind Map Section/Box Rather Than only One Central Note For The Whole DashboardOpen

    There should be a rich note writing option available  to each section/box in a mindmap. This is the only reason I am not switching from Mindomo. I need a note taking option to keep related article, photo or link  etc. segregated into each of the mindmap branch/section/box. This helps to find the related article or link to a specific section of the map easily because they have been noted down right where they are most needed/relevant.

    Annotations inherent to objectsOpen

    I decided to create a new Wish because this wish feels like it has a somewhat different focus. Let’s consider a miro diagram as a graph; with nodes and edges. Each node is a component/idea, and each edge describes relationships between components.  To that end, I’d like to annotate nodes. Examples could be: Links to more information/documentation Descriptions or gotchas Risks or unknowns Mitigations or alternatives Tags like owners, stakeholders, projects, due-dates etcIt would be useful if annotations have the following properties:They are separated/expandable by key value (instead of just single text box into which a lot of text is crammed and awkwardly separated Annotate multiple objects at once after selecting objects via drag They are able to be templated across the entire graph as key value pairs. For example, if I wanted every node to include a field that contains a description or tag They are visible in layers. If every object contains an annotation, then making those annotations visible across the board with a single action (eg a checkbox) Annotations are inherent to the object, and so also adhere to moving, copy-pasting etcIn essence, I often come across a situation where a diagram has extra ‘dimensions’ that are not demonstrable in a diagram/graph without damaging readability through clutter.  I would like the ability to surface information that is inherent to the system but doesn’t need to be always visible. (The way this problem is usually solved is that there is an accompanying text document that describes the things that cannot be shown neatly in the miro diagram. I would love the capability to remove that translation and bring the information as close to the diagram as possible.)

    No Chrome Dark Mode supportOpen

    Hi there, Good job with Miro overall. I use it frequently since RealTime Boards. I just want to get your attention on fact, that Miro is one of very few websites out there, which is not handling Chrome Dark Mode. Perhaps this Dark Mode is still in experimental phase, but it doesn’t matter.I switch to Dark Mode for both, Win10 and Chrome at the particular time and 95% of content is displayed well.However Miro fails terribly. I can’t use it. To switch back, restart of browser is required, which is not always an option when using single computer. Thanks,DS

    Control timer music for all participantsOpen

    I’d like to suggest that the board owner has the ability to control if the music is playing for everyone on the board once the timer has been started. I usually run workshops with google meet, start a timer with music. At the 2 min and 1 min milestone - I want to be able to call out people, share thoughts, reinforce reminders and realise that even though I have muted my music - the participants might be hearing it from their Miro board.
