Rectangles with no fill color (transparent) should be only selectable from the border

I can’t reiterate how annoying it is to be clicking around to move and accidentally select a giant rectangle when it looked like I was clicking on the background grid. Selection and movement on rectangles with no fill color should only happen when you click on the stroke like every other app does, not on the transparent center.
