I think you should be able to use any color you want for stickies. I don’t get why you can do that for shapes and other things but not stickies?

I have colleagues who really struggle with the amount of colour in the Miro board. Could you provide a specific accessibility toolbar that includes “remove collaborators cursors” and “filters colours to greyscale” to help make the experience better for them.

Which boards does a user have access to?Open

When viewing all users you are able to see how many boards a user is able to see, however from that view you are unable to tell which boards those are. This would be really helpful for administrators to ensure people have access to the right boards.

Hi, It would be super helpful to have the ability to filter by assignee in cards for Kanban boards. Since we are using pretty big Kanban boards for Sprint Plannings and Stand-ups and make use of the “assignee” function for each ticket (card), it is still very likely for people to forget about their tasks if they are not diligently scrolling through the whole board and look for their assigned cards. That’s why a filter by assignee function (like you can configure Quick Filters in JIRA) would be super helpful. Best and thanks, Daniel

Customer Journey Map fixed sections on scrollOpen

A Customer Journey Map or a Service Blueprint can be quite extense. When you are the creator you memorice all the rows and columns and understand them. But in the end I see both tools as a matrix. And also, lets remember that usually you use this tools to show them to people that probably are not related with design tools or processes. When sharing screen to show a map people usually get lost because they are not sure in which row and or column your on. What would happen if you could make fixed rows specially for this tools to help with the visualizations of them. Cheers!

Import pictures and choose the orderOpen

I love that when I import multiple images (e.g. 5 images/pictures) they automatically line up but I like to do this with screenshots that I imported and they tend to get imported in the wrong order - e.g. last picture appears first (on the left). I wish there was a way to either swap the order with a button; or you base the order on the image ‘time created’ timestamp.

Duplicating Kanban card keeps cards currently places them outside of swim lane + column.Would be great if “Duplicate” just added it below current card.Seems simple and would speed Kanban workflow given that this usually involves a lot of cards.

I’ve seen some messages about this but joining in - would love to see a word cloud feature. I do workshops for clients to understand their brand better. We usually end up with about 100-500 stickies. It would be great to have an option to select either all of the stickies or the relevant ones and to see a word cloud generated to see what the rising themes are.

BDD scenarios with GitLabOpen

Hi, we use BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) in our development in Gitlab and we use User Story mapping with Miro. It would be great to be able to sync feature files and/or scenarios (Gherkin) from gitlab with Miro so that we can work in one space with both entities (Stories and BDD scenarios) without copy-paste them to gitlab.

Is there a way to change the margins in Sticky notes? I notice that there is so much wasted space between the text and the end of the sticky note and would rather give that attention to the size of the font and not blank space. Get my point? Honestly, is there a reason for the blank space? Is it feng shui of note layout? Seriously??

Ability to add another person to a board as a co-owner, who is NOT a member of my company, but who is a paying Miro Customer (separate company).Open

Title says it all.We co-own content with others and they no longer have access to that content, since they change months back. It seems odd (at best) that they need to pay for 2 Miro Accounts, one for our company (so we can make them a co-owner) and another for their company. They do need co-owner access since edit access does not allow them to lock, unlock, download, etc. I don’t see anything about this in the Help Guide, so I am assuming this is not available at this point? Point me in the correct direction if someone knows otherwise.Is this being worked on? Prioritized? I assume it has to be a technicaly issue, right? We are paying, so money does not seem to be the issue? Thanks!

It would be nice to have a Resolve All or Unresolve All feature (I don’t think it’s possible but my serach was not exhaustive). It would also be helpful to make it mis-click-proof-it, maybe have the person type “RESOLVE” or “UNRESOLVE” in all caps to execute. I use the Resolve feature to clean up a board and I’m currently in the process of clicking around 40 times for 20 comments, once into the Comment then another to Resolve.Not crazy pressing, just jumped out and didn’t see it posted. Thanks!

Board Managing for education.Open

Hello,I am a head of studies in an animation film school. (MoPÄ)Every year I have to manage 200 students on miro. And every year I have to clean miro from useless, empty or barely filled and abandoned boards.This work takes time, a lot of time. Because currently in miro there is no tool that allows to manage the boards for a member of the admin team, without deleting the users access. It must be done by hand and 1 by 1 for the board and for the user ... in short it's long especially with such a large volume of people to manage. So here is my idea which is simple, develop a tool to manage the board and members for the admin team to save time and make multiple selection of board without having to remove all members of miro each year. -Summarize a tool of multiple selection and action on the members. -And a tool of multiple selection and management on the board that overrides the rights of the board holder without having to remove them from miro. You have to know that students don't pay attention and create a lot of empty boards, let's imagine that they create 3 boards for 200 people, that's 600 empty boards to delete by hand... please do something smart to manage that. Thank you very much for your attention, hoping to see such a tool released in a reasonable time to improve miro. Best regards JayBay 😺

Pin Frames panel to open on board launch (for board navigation)Open

As the title states, as the board owner/co-owner, I would like to be pin the Frames panel so that it launches every time the board is opened, and by any board participant (editors/members, guests, visitors, etc.).This could serve as a navigation panel for the board - think websites, which are not infinite canvases, yet they links to different pages or even locations within the same page.My workaround has been to use the Visual Notes panel, but this is a waste of duplication by my creating text links in the Visual Notes panel to Frames on the board.Use CaseThere are so many, but here’s one → https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/miro-bulletin-pin-board-templates-8854Not perfect/Challenges with this approachSomeone may accidentally re-order the frames You may have many frames and only want to offer navigation to some of the frames; or you do not want to change the overall order of all of your frames just to offer navigation from the Frames panel

You have the ability to view who create the element and who last modified it when you right click a Miro object. But it would be nice if you can see all the users that edited that element, not only the last edit.
