As the title states, as the board owner/co-owner, I would like to be pin the Frames panel so that it launches every time the board is opened, and by any board participant (editors/members, guests, visitors, etc.).

This could serve as a navigation panel for the board - think websites, which are not infinite canvases, yet they links to different pages or even locations within the same page.

My workaround has been to use the Visual Notes panel, but this is a waste of duplication by my creating text links in the Visual Notes panel to Frames on the board.

Not perfect/Challenges with this approach

• Someone may accidentally re-order the frames
• You may have many frames and
  • only want to offer navigation to some of the frames; or
  • you do not want to change the overall order of all of your frames just to offer navigation from the Frames panel
