    Font styling indicationOpen

    Hi Miro, It would be good if you could possibly add a visual indication of what type of font styling is active when typing in the text box. Currently there is no highlight that suggests whether the text has already had bold, italics or underline styling already applied to it or not. For text alignment it does show what is applied - the icon turns blue, but this doesn’t occur for font styling. Something small but I know it would help a lot!  Cheers,Joyce

    Portals to other BoardsOpen

    It would be cool if I could have a frame that shows the most up-to-date content from another board from another team. This “live feed” space could be kept up by the other team but used for other boards that may need to relate a lot of other information from various teams/boards.For example, our design team works on shoes, but we also work closely with our apparel counterparts. It’s great when we can keep each other updated, and putting all of our work on a single board together would become way too messy/confusing. I wish I could create a single frame that shows them what our latest (curated) thoughts are, and vice versa. We are both generally too busy to always check one another’s boards, much less make sense of them easily.I call it portal, because of the video game Portal.

    Add way to resize (rescale) groups of objects or the whole board by a precise percentageOpen

    Right now you have to select objects and then eyeball it by dragging a corner and checking, which is terribly imprecise, if you’re trying to match font point size (the default is 14 pt).It’d be a lot more useful to enter in a precise value, as is a standard and common feature in many desig napps.This is helpful to retroactively correct boards where content started out — unintentionally — at too-large proportions, but you realize it when you start laying down sticky notes and such.

    Creating @Mention groups/listsOpen

    We would love it if you were able to curate lists of users that you can @ Mention all together, much like you can with email # lists in Microsoft Outlook.  We work with many different teams in the same Miro board, so to be able to say “@DesignTeam what do you think of this?” or “@MerchTeam here is the update” would be fantastic, without having to tag each individual member of the Design Team or the Merch Team.The @board, @team, and @project functions are very useful, but we would love to be able to make more personalized mass-mention lists.

    An easy way to draw call flowsOpen

    There is no easy template I could find for drawing call flows,akavertical lines representing modules, with arrows going back and forth between lines representing messages, communication, Api calls between the modules doing a arrow gesture to draw an arrow between 2 vertical lines does not create an arrow. It just draws horizontal line. What would also be nice if we we could support describing the modules and messaging between them as a text notation on a side panel for which drawing gets generated

    Workflow - Cards should be placed with the left edge where you click.Open

    Cards should be placed with the left edge on where you click.When you place a card, it places it dead center of where you clicked. That’s the wrong workflow. If I’m setting to place a card, I want it to be exactly where I’m going to start typing. EVERYTIME I place one ready to start typing out an idea, I have to slide it to the right so I can type where I had clicked which slows me down and makes me forget what I was going to say.

    Sticky quick linksOpen

    Navigation panel: Quick linksAs part of the map (maybe just above), would it be possible to be able to add ‘Link to’ links that are always accessible wherever you are?Use case – I have a Miro board that has a lot of working frames and references frames and while the map is great, having these sticky, always accessible and easy to read quick links would be amazing for all workshop attendees orientating a lot of content (instead of making ‘Link to’ links near each of the working frames).If this already exists in another way, pls let me know.

    'Select All' Option in Settings Instead of Max of 'Select 50'Open

    In the current state, if you access your settings and try to manage multiple items at once, you are limited to a max of selecting 50 items. Please add in an option to ‘Select All’

    Move & Delete Guard to prevent Accidental Edits to BoardOpen

    Without failure, even the most seasoned veteran of Miro, will make accidental edits to a Board when starting a session.Also, because of Browser cache reasons sometimes an unintended edit will be started, unknow to the User, and they exit the Board leaving a wake of destruction in their path.To prevent these can a Guard be added to alert User they are about to Edit/Move/Delete Object(s) and to continue ask for confirmation.  If the changes are intentional and will continue the Guard can be disabled by unlocking.

    Programmable diagram flow based on prospect' needsOpen

    Hi,I was wondering if it’s possible to build a programmable diagram flow, based on inputs received by user?Let’s say I want to create a customize network diagram for a customer, for that I need to ask a few questions to better understand the network structure, components, etc.Instead of drag-n-drop ready-made image components that could be used to build a network, I would like to build a short questionnaire (5-10 questions) with fixed answers, where each answer will insert to the diagram the associated components and make the connection to the previously added ones.Is that possible?Thanks!

    Easier way to select text in sticky noteOpen

    Because I like to configure texts within sticky notes I create working on Miro, I find difficult to select completely the text in a sticky note. I’m struggling to drag take all letters specially the first letter on the left corner usually.Would be amazing to fix the problem I have to deal with frequently, thank you.

    Export PDF - Option to Convert Miro Links to Same Board as PDF linksOpen

    It would sure be nice on export to have an advanced option where I could convert links that point to other assets on the same MIRO board to be converted from hyperlink references to cloud redirects instead to jump-to the other areas within the PDF itself. I get why links to other boards or external sites make sense to launch the browser, but when creating hyperlinks to sub-flows on the same board, it would be nice to keep people in their PDF.

    As of https://developers.miro.com/docs/users#delete-user-by-id“All user boards are assigned to earliest created team admin or earliest created company admin from the list.“ Via the UI I can select any user to transfer the ownership to.We need the same functionality via API, something like https://miro.com/api/v1/scim/Users/3074457345620139606?transferOwnershipTo=406565965887307

    Even Smarter Object DuplicationDelivered

    When I hit ⌘ + D to duplicate an object the “smart” part seems to guess at which direction I want the duplicated object to go. Sometimes it goes to the right, sometimes to the left, sometimes below. I haven’t seen it go above, but I would bet that it does that too. Would it be possible to introduce and alternative shortcut that allows the user to choose the direction? For example: ⌘ + D + →     sends it to the right ⌘ + D + ←     sends it to the left ⌘ + D + ↑      sends it above   Thanks!

    Duplicate (Cmd-D) after Alt-drag should repeat the same direction and distanceOpen

    After I Alt-drag to duplicate an object, I want the Cmd-D duplicate command to create the next object in the same direction and distance.This feature has existed in Adobe products for decades, and it’s also a huge time saver in Figma.Currently the Duplicate command seems to place things almost at random.

    Retaining active weblinks in pdf's and excel sheets uploaded to a Miro boardOpen

    I love being able to add pdf docs and excel spreadsheets to my Miro boards but how cool would it be if the weblinks in those docs remained active and clickable. Is this possible Miro Boffins?

    I use frames with Miro in presentations. Sometimes it’s useful to have a border to the frame, sometimes not. I'd like to be able to toggle this (ideally for each frame & all frames)

    One-stop for Miro webinarsOpen

    Hello. It would be great to have a one-stop place to go and find every webinar that Miro will be offering or has already offered (with a proper classification). This place could have also an easy sign-up system to receive notifications about events before they take place, and a way to easily access recordings. Today, Miro’s main event page does not tackle all of these things.Last week, I was trying to find a recording of the webinar you offered on the recent Miro updates. It was impossible for me and became frustrating. I was lost. The information of where to find the recording was not on LinkedIn, not on Twitter, not on the generic Miro's website. I didn’t even remember there was a place called Community. But I was sure I received an invitation for an event (that I couldn't attend).Thanks for listening.

    Search Project ListOpen

    When you have over 100 projects, it is really hard to search for them in the sidebar and in the location dropdown. Please allow for text search for all of the projects to save time. Thanks!

    Visual indication of board access statusOpen

    Understanding who has access to your boards is not intuitive. There should be a visual indication on the  dashboard display showing the public/private status of each board tile. It would also be nice if this were a toggle that could be used by the owner to change the status without having to open the board.

    Give instructions during a breakout meetingOpen

    Here is my challenge:As a workshop facilitator I want to give instructions to my participants when they are spread across breakout rooms but my participants often miss Miro chat messages or Zoom chat messages when they are workshopping. So I currently I manually join the breakout rooms to give them verbal instructions which is time consuming and gets the groups out of sync. I have tried using a place on the board for instructions during sessions (this also gets missed as people need to check it).  Here are some ideas (which I am sure are pretty bad just to get the ball rolling):Allow facilitators to send a message that appears and disappears similar to the reaction (maybe just less movement). Have an instruction box in tool bar like the map that displays the current instruction Have a video pop-up that lets the facilitator broadcast a short message Okay I am starting to get crazy - I’ll leave it with you creative folks. Thanks for an awesome product!
