Subtle Exporting Frames Improvements

I have a few suggestions to improve the frames experience:

• When I export frames, I cannot select a sub-set of frames to export.
• When I export frames, the hidden frames are still exported.
• When i export frames, the frame title should be somewhere in the PDF - Bookmark? Section title?

My use case is basically I have my content in my board organized by frames.  Only a sub-set of those frames are appropriate to export to PDF.  I only want to export 8 out of 10 frames. I can’t seem to do this by selecting multiple, then clicking export.
