As of now when we use dependency feature, links between tickets are only visible when the Dependencies app is open. Once you close the tab, the 'lines' will not show anymore. We’d like to keep it visible without having to keep the app open. Would be nice to have that feature.

We would also like this, now we draw lines manually to show “blocked by” relations. This shows us whether a stories can be picked up in parallel or not. Very important for our sprint planning.
+13I have not played around with the Dependencies app, but I do have the Jira Cards app installed and connected using OAuth 1.0, so I fired it up and had a look around.
From my tests, it would appear that the lines are only visible to the user who has the Dependencies app open – this is similar to when, for example, a user plays an embedded YouTube video, or opens the visual notes panel.
I also noted that it looks like only Guests and team members can use the app, and not Visitors (even signed in visitors – more on Visitors, guests and members here).
For a more definitive answer, I would suggest that you confirm with the support team if what you are finding is the intended behaviour, as the Dependencies app help center articles (both for Azure DevOps and Jira) do not explicitly state that only the person opening the app will see the lines).
