When selecting Application Maps (microservices) in support of ServiceNows Service Mapping, the exported text are changed from the actual text within each box in Miro. for example [ my-cool-microsevice-prod ] the string can match within the Service now platform with clipboard, but NOT when one take the csv text and attempts the same search of the same table records within SeriveNow Application Service Table.
