Private Boards/Projects
Other than the Free Plan, boards and projects can be set to Private, which can help reduce the content a user sees.
Default Sharing Settings
A Team Admin can also configure the team settings so that all boards/projects created are private by default - more on this here → https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017572174-Default-sharing-settings
Filtering
And in all plans, you could filter the board view to only show boards owned by yourself:
